Following a dominant senior season, Cahill became just the second player in program history to earn first-team NFHCA All-American accolades. She also garnered third team All-American plaudits as a junior and became just the third player in program history to earn multiple All-American bids. Capping one of the most decorated careers in CNU history, Cahill graduated ranked third all-time with 89 points and 37 goals, while also sitting in seventh with 15 assists. She was the first CNU field hockey player to earn All-Region honors three times, collecting first team honors in three straight seasons. 

During her junior season, Cahill scored a career-high 15 points and 35 points. She added 11 goals and 3 assists in her first team All-America senior season and blasted 144 of her 204 career shots on-goal for a percentage over 70%. She is the all-time leader in game-winning goals, with 13, and charts third in career shots on-goal. Consistently a threat for the Captains nationally-ranked field hockey program, Cahill started 70 of her 74 career games played, ranking in the top ten in both categories.
