Non-Ticketed Sports
Admission is free to all home events for the following sports:

• Baseball
• Cross Country
• Field Hockey
• Men’s and Women’s Lacrosse
• Men’s and Women’s Soccer
• Men’s and Women’s Tennis
• Softball
• Track and Field
• Volleyball

Post-season tournaments for these sports may require an admission fee as mandated by conference and NCAA regulations.
 
Refund/Exchange Policy
There will be no refunds or exchanges for paid or complimentary tickets purchased through the CNU Athletic Ticket Office. Only in the event the game is canceled will a refund be issued. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
 
Method of Payment
The CNU Athletic Ticket Office accepts cash, checks, Visa, and Mastercard.

Gameday Sales and Operations
Tickets will be sold on game day prior to all home football and basketball games.

• Football - Sold two (2) hours prior to kickoff. Tickets can be purchased at TowneBank Stadium either at the front entrance gates or near the visiting side entrance gate.
• Basketball - Sold one (1) hour prior to tip-off. Tickets can be purchased at the CNU Athletic Ticket Office window located in the Freeman Center on the first floor.

 Gates and doors for football and basketball will open one (1) hour prior to the start of the game.
 
CNU Faculty/Staff Tickets
Christopher Newport University faculty and staff do receive complimentary tickets to all home football and basketball games. Subject to availability.

• Football - one (1) General Admission Ticket
• Basketball - two (2) General Admission Tickets or one (1) Chairback Ticket 

Tickets need to be redeemed prior to the respected game and faculty and staff MUST show their valid CNU ID card. For conference and NCAA tournament tickets faculty and staff must purchase tickets.

CNU Students
CNU students are admitted free to all home games. They must show their CNU ID card in order to gain admission into the game.
