CNU Students
Current CNU Students (undergraduate or graduate) are admitted free to all home basketball games. Students MUST show their CNU Student ID card at the main entrance to the game. CNU students are permitted to sit in the designated student sections which are displayed above. No ticket is required.
CNU Faculty/Staff Tickets
Christopher Newport University faculty and staff do receive either two (2) complimentary general admission tickets or one (1) complimentary chairback ticket to all home basketball games. Subject to availability.
Faculty and staff can redeem their complimentary tickets prior to gameday at the CNU Athletic Ticket Office located in the Freeman Center. They MUST have their CNU ID card when redeeming their ticket.
Group Tickets
Group discounts are available for local groups and teams for home basketball games (min of 10). Group tickets must be purchased in advance of the intended home game and can be purchased in person at the Freeman Center ticket office or by calling the CNU Athletic Ticket office at (757) 594-7880.
Tickets are subject to availability.
Ticket Refunds/Exchanges Policy
There will be no refunds or exchanges for paid or complimentary tickets purchased through the CNU Athletic Ticket Office. Only in the event the game is canceled will a refund be issued. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Will Call
Customers who have purchased tickets online or over the phone may pick up tickets in advance at the CNU Athletic Ticket Office located in the Freeman Center Monday through Friday 9am-4pm.
If picking up tickets on the day of the game, Will Call is located to the left of the main doors to the gym. Will Call opens 1 hour prior to tip-off. All customers who will be picking up tickets MUST present a photo I.D.
*If a double header game is scheduled, Will Call will open one (1) hour prior to tip-off of the first game
Pass List
All pass list ticket pickup will be located at the Will Call desk located at the desk to the left of the main entrance doors. Everyone on the pass list MUST show a photo I.D. and sign for their tickets. Pass list include:
- CNU Basketball Player Guest List
- CNU Basketball Coaches Guest List
- CNU Cheer and Storm Guest List
- Visiting Team Player Guest List
Gameday Information Entrance Doors
Doors for all home basketball games will open one (1) hour prior to tip-off.
*If a doubleheader game is scheduled, doors will open one (1) hour prior to tip-off of the first game
Doubleheader Gameday Information
For all doubleheader or tournament game days, your tickets give you access to all games on that day. Your ticket will list the starting time of the first game of that day.
