Entering the weekend, Roach's score also places her 22nd on the NCAA leaderboard.
Kicking off the final day of the competition, the Yorktown, Virginia native placed third in the field in the long jump with a 5.24-meter effort. Shortly thereafter, Roach added a 23.33-meter heave in the javelin, which marked the second-longest throw of her career.
