NEWPORT NEWS, Va. -- Due to rainy weather conditions expected in the area of St. Mary's College of Maryland on Tuesday, Christopher Newport Director of Tennis Eric Christiansen announced the postponement of both the men's and women's tennis matches scheduled for Tuesday afternoon. The Capital Athletic Conference matches have yet to be rescheduled. 

The nationally-ranked CNU tennis teams will return to action this weekend. The 28th-ranked CNU men will host Penn State Harrisburg and York (Pa.) on Saturday, April 1 while the 24th-ranked CNU women's team will travel to York (Pa.) on Friday, March 31, and host Penn State Harrisburg on Saturday. 

CNU has just over two weeks remaining in the regular season to reschedule the matches with the Seahawks. The Capital Athletic Conference Tournaments in tennis will begin on April 14-15.
