In their last action, the Captains dropped a 12-10 decision to No. 18 Ursinus in a neutral-site bout in Maryland last Saturday. During the game, Dylan Rice and Lucas Barry both registered hat-tricks, while Will Stockhausen also contributed three points. Meanwhile, Max Wayne forced three miscues on the defensive end, which marked his fourth consecutive game with at least three caused turnovers. He currently ranks second in the CAC with 14 caused turnovers this season.

Along with Wayne, Phoenix Hines and Drew Cornell also rank in the top-five in the league in caused turnovers. Hines leads the way with 15, while Cornell is fourth with 11. Equally effective on the back end, Scott McAneney has a conference-best .611 save percentage while collecting 66 total stops.

On the other side of the field, Elizabethtown is coming off of a 12-11 victory against Messiah on March 2. Trailing by one entering the fourth quarter, the Blue Jays out-scored the Falcons, 4-2, over the final 15 minutes to pull out the victory. Mike Scrafano, who scored the final two goals for ETown, eventually finished the contest with five total strikes.

So far this season, Scrafano leads Elizabethtown with eight goals and 11 points, while Andrew Watts has five tallies. Between the pipes, Tom Mahoney has compiled a .556 save percentage and a 9.54 goals-against-average.

CNU and Elizabethtown have only one previous meeting with the Captains pulling out an 8-7 victory in Newport News last season.
