NEWPORT NEWS, Va. - The CNU softball team piled up the hits en route to a pair of victories over Wilkes Saturday, scoring ten runs in each game.

  In the 10-1 opener, Felicia Price had three hits, with two doubles and three RBIs. Kristen Nickloy  had three hits, including a double and Megan Morris had a two-run home run.
  In game two, which CNU won, 10-2, Chelsea Mitchell banged out three hits with a double. Jessie Atkinson had a pair of hits with a double and four RBIs, while Kristin Nickloy had a pair of hits, including a double.
  The Captains are now 8-2 and next head to the Leadoff Classic in Panama City, Fla., beginning March 12.
