Women's Soccer Senior Night Tonight as Captains Host N.C. Wesleyan at 6 pm

CNU will honor nine in the Class of 2010

NEWPORT NEWS, Va. -- The Christopher Newport University women's soccer team (12-4-1, 8-0-0) will conclude the regular season tonight as they play host to the N.C. Wesleyan Battling Bishops (2-16-0, 2-6-0) at 6 pm. Prior to the game, the Captains will honor the Class of 2010 in a special Senior Night celebration in honor of their final home regular season game.

CNU has run off a school-record 10 straight wins and have locked up the number one seed in next week's USA South Conference Tournament. The team has been led by senior Sam Ciaravino, posting one of the finest seasons in CNU history with 14 goals and five assists for a 33-point effort so far. She became the first ever Captain to notch three hat tricks in her career earlier this season.

N.C. Wesleyan is led by Josie Adams, with 14 points this season on seven goals scored. The Bishops have struggled to a 2-16 mark, with both wins coming in USA South action. Tiina Rastiola has started 12 games in goal for the Bishops, with a 3.13 GAA and .680 save percentage.

Tonight's game will kick-off at 6 pm immediately following the Senior Night festivities. Live stats are available here.
