NEWPORT NEWS, Va. - Christopher Newport University hosts a pair of doubleheaders at Captains Park this weekend. Keith Parr's team, ranked 15th in the country this week, will play Greensboro College Friday beginning at 1:00 p.m., and then will host Randolph-Macon College Sunday also at 1:00 p.m.

The Captains are riding a nine-game winning streak and are 12-4 on the season. CNU most recently swept a road twin bill at Randolph College Wednesday in Lynchburg, Va.

CNU is 5-1 at home so far this year, and the Captains have an all-time record of 31-15 vs. Greensboro with one tie. CNU has won the last nine games in the series with the Pride. GC has a record of 9-7 entering Friday's action at Captains Park.

The Captains and Randolph-Macon have met 34 times, and Christopher Newport is 23-11 in the all-time series vs. the Yellow Jackets. R-MC is 10-8 entering the weekend.
