Colin Hart received additional honors on Tuesday following their stellar performances on Saturday. Barry threw for five touchdowns, four going to Hart, as the Captains opened the 25th season of CNU football with a 38-7 home victory over Trine University at TowneBank Stadium.
Hart, a senior from Ashburn, Va., caught seven passes in all for 199 yards and was named to the D3football.com Team of the Week for his efforts. Hart caught scoring passes from Barry of 62, 42, 24, and four yards and averaged 28.4 yards per catch vs. the Thunder.

Barry, who was named the New Jersey Athletic Conference Player of the Week on Monday, was honored along with Hart by the DC Touchdown Club on Tuesday morning. Barry and Hart played for two of the top high school teams in Northern Virginia, and were named the DC Touchdown Club Washington Metro College Football Players of the Week.
Barry, who played at Madison High in Vienna, completed 14 of 17 passes for 271 yards and five touchdowns. Hart played his high school ball at Stone Bridge High in Ashburn, and is fifth in Division III in career receiving yards among current players. Hart's four scores on Saturday give him 23 for his career, second-most in CNU history by a wide receiver behind only Rudy Rudolph's 32.
The Captains head to the Keystone State this weekend for a Saturday matinee at Gettysburg College (0-1). Kickoff is set for 1:00 p.m.
