Jackie Kotoriy also added her second strike of the season after opening the scoring in the first quarter.
Â
The victory was the team's third over a top-10 foe this season, marking the most in program history. The Captains had previously defeated No. 9 Rochester, 1-0, on September 1 and No. 5 Johns Hopkins, 2-1, on September 8.
