Entering the contest, CNU boasts an 8-2 overall record and a 5-1 mark on the road. Meanwhile, Kenyon sits at 7-4 overall and 3-3 away from Gambier, Ohio.

A LOOK AT THE CAPTAINS

Thursday's contest will wrap up a five-game road swing for CNU. During the squad's recent travels, the team has compiled a 3-1 record, including a victory at 19th-ranked Catholic on September 19. Over the past four games,
Rachael Allshouse has been electric on the attack with a team-high four goals, while
Madison Doss has dropped in a pair.
Sarah Miller also has two defensive saves, and
Bailey Lien has an .846 save percentage during the most recent road swing.

Overall this season, Allshouse ranks third in the CAC with nine goals and fifth with 19 points. Meanwhile, on the defensive end, Lien boasts a league-best .805 save percentage and sits second with a 0.92 goals-against-average. Miller also sits second in the conference with four defensive saves, while four players are tied for eighth with three assists.

Bailey Miller and
Alexa Weaver each contributed assists. On the defensive end, Muir and
Sarah Miller added defensive saves, while Lien earned the win after making eight stops between the pipes.

SCOUTING THE LADIES

Kenyon has won its last two road games, including a 3-2 overtime victory against Oberlin on Sunday. During that contest, Hannah Sklar drove home the game-winner in the second overtime period to seal the victory. Weezie Foster also had a goal and an assist during the contest, while Sarah Speroff made six saves during her 93 minutes of work in goal.

Overall this season, Katelyn Hutchinson has a team-high seven goals and 17 points. Foster also has six strikes for the Ladies. Defensively, Speroff has started all 11 games in the cage and currently has an .824 save percentage and a 1.42 goals-against-average.

Following Thursday's game, Christopher Newport will return home for a 1 p.m. contest against Roanoke on Sunday. That game will serve as CNU's annual Play for CHKD Day with a youth tournament taking place afterwards. Admission for the game will be $5 for adults and $3 for children with proceeds going to the Children's Hospital of the King's Daughters.
