NEWPORT NEWS, Va. - Sunday's scheduled game between Christopher Newport University and Pfeiffer University in Misenheimer, N.C., has been canceled due to the forecast of winter storm conditions. The game will not be re-scheduled.

The Captains, ranked 14th in the country this week, are 16-3 and have won eight straight games and 15 of their last 16. John Krikorian's squad will return to action on Thursday, hosting the Banana Slugs of UC Santa Cruz at the Freeman Center. Tip off time is scheduled for 7:00 p.m.
