HAMPDEN-SYDNEY, Va. - The Division III Men's Basketball Tournament gets underway Friday afternoon, and the second-ranked Captains of Christopher Newport University open the 64-team tourney by playing the Rams of Farmingdale State University (NY). Tip off is scheduled for 4:50 p.m. at Hampden-Sydney College's Kirby Field House.

His squad advanced to the Elite 8 last season for the fourth time in program history, ending the campaign with a 27-3 final record.
