ANNAPOLIS, Md. -- Sophomore Dominic Lacombe picked up another singles win and captured 5th place in his flight at the Joe Hunt Invitational on Sunday, helping lead a strong overall performance for the Captains' men's tennis team. 

Lacombe downed St. Bonaventure's Guillermo Garcia (6-1, 6-4) in the fifth place bout of the "Purple" Flight. The win marked Lacombe's second over a Division I opponent over the weekend, and third overall for the tournament. In the same flight, Andy Mason captured 15th place with a win over St. Bonaventure's John Rutkowski (6-4, 6-3). 

In the "Blue" flight, senior David Reed earned a win over Johns Hopkins' Eric Yoo in straight sets (6-0, 6-4). 

In doubles play on Sunday, the Captains got a win from Jackson Guilford and Nicholas Ruzicka, as the CNU tandem picked up seventh place in the "Red" flight. Ruzicka and Guilford took down Navy's Hicks/Lohrbach by a score of 6-4.
