Meanwhile, Katherine Vincent and Carley Kendall also return to the attack and provide veteran experience on the offensive end. The defense also features a talented collection of standouts, including three goalies with collegiate experience. Haylee Solomon headlines that group after making 12 starts last season while compiling an 8.14 goals-against-average.
SERIES HISTORY CNU and Washington (Md.) have only met once with the Shorewomen notching a 15-7 victory in Chestertown, Maryland on March 16, 2014. During that contest, Galvin and Chaplin combined for four goals for the Captains, while Kendall came through with three points for Washington College.
UP NEXT Following Saturday's contest, Christopher Newport will remain at home for a 2 p.m. showdown with No. 7 Catholic on March 3.
