NEWPORT NEWS, VA - The CNU Volleyball team defeated Shenandoah twice on Wednesday night to improve to 15-3 overall and 8-0 in the USA SOUTH. 

   In the first match the Captains were led by Kara Elder with 10 kills and Cory Harris and Chelsea McClure who each tallied 7 kills. The Captains won in three sets by scores of 25-7, 25-16 and 25-19. 

   In the second match the Captains were led by both Kara Elder and Caitlyn Jansen as each tallied 11 kills and helped the Captains win in 3 sets by scores of 25-15, 25-15 and 25-15. 

   With the wins the Captains ran their unbeaten streak in USA SOUTH play to 42 straight wins. 

   The Captains will return to action this Saturday when they will square off against Methodist and Greensboro.
