NEWPORT NEWS, VA-  The CNU Women's Volleyball team improved to 13-3 overall and 6-0 in USA SOUTH play as they defeated Averett and Ferrum three sets to none in both matches. 
 
   In the first match against Averett the Captains were led in kills from both Kara Elder and Caitlyn Jansen as they won 26-24, 25-18 and 25-17. 

   In the second match the Captains prevailed by scores of 25-19, 25-20 and 25-20. Caitlyn Jansen led the Captains with 10 kills in the Ferrum match to help them improve to 6-0 in the USA SOUTH. 

   Bailey Jensen also added 9 kills for the Captains in the Ferrum match. 

   The Captains will be back in action on Wednesday, September 30th at Shenandoah.
