Cross Country - Secured first-team All-Conference accolades and locked up All-Region honors for her work during the fall ... Placed sixth at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Championships after finishing in 22:05.1, which was the fourth-fastest 6k time in school history ... Punctuated the year with a time of 22:48.8 at the NCAA South Regionals, which slotted her 22nd in the field ... Set a new school record in the 4k after kicking off the season with a time of 14:35.1 at the Spider Alumni Open ... Came in second in the 6k at the CNU Invitational with a mark of 22:39.7 ... Completed a short-course 6k in 21:59.1 at the Don Cathcart Invitational, which placed her third in the field ... Was 20th overall in the 6k at the Rowan Inter-Regional Border Battle (22:08.9) ... Came back with a third-place mark in the 5000 and a fourth-place showing in the 10,000 at the outdoor league meet ... Moved to third on the program's all-time performance list in the indoor 5000 (18:08.20) at the Camel City Invitational and the outdoor 10,000 (38:02.67) during the Colonial Relays ... Also jumped into the top-five on the school's historic charts in the outdoor 5000 with a time of 17:49.71 at the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic ... Cross Country - Hauled in first-team All-League honors after finishing seventh at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Championships with a time of 23:22.9 ... That effort also moved her to 31st on the program's all-time 6k performance list ... Capped off the fall with a top-50 effort at the NCAA South Regionals after coming in 40th in 23:46.4 ... Finished fifth in the 6k at the Don Cathcart Invitational with a clocking of 23:48.5 ... Also was 29th at the CNU Invitational ... Completed the prestigious Paul Short Run in 23:43.5 ... Wrapped up the 4k in 15:27.3 at the Spider Alumni Open, which marked the fifth-fastest time in school history ... Named to the USTFCCCA National All-Academic Team for her incredible work in the classroom as well.
Track & Field - Orchestrated a historic appearance at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Indoor Championships in February ... Jumped to fourth on the program's all-time performance list in both the 3000 (10:22.14) and 5000 (18:19.48) during the winter competition ... Finished fourth in the league in both events ... Came back with another fourth-place showing in the 10,000 (40:45.50) while placing 13th in the 5000 (20:50.05) at the outdoor conference championships ... Established a PR in the 10,000 at the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic while vaulting to fifth on the school's all-time charts with a time of 39:13.77 ... Captured victories in both the mile (5:25.59) and 3000 (10:58.32) at the Captains Invitational ... Came in second in the mile at the CNU Qualifier after concluding the event in 5:20.79 ... Placed third in the 800 (2:29.84) at the Betty S. Rogers Invitational ... Also set a new personal-best in the 1500 at the Blue & Silver Challenge with a mark of 5:01.05 ... 2023-24 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country - Came in 26th in the 6k at the C2C Championships with a time of 24:08.4 ... Also placed 63rd in the race at the NCAA South Regionals after clocking in at 24:38.7 ... Posted her top time of the year at the Rowan Inter-Regional Border Battle after crossing the line in 24:03.3 ... Kicked off her collegiate career with a 4k mark of 16:23.1 at the Spider Alumni Open ... Took part in the CNU Invitational and Paul Short Run as well.
Track & Field - Registered a pair of top-five efforts at the C2C Indoor Championships ... Came in fourth in the 3000 with a time of 10:50.56 ... Also completed the 5000 in 18:49.99, which placed her fifth in the field and 10th on the program's all-time performance list ... Came back in the spring and placed seventh in the 5000 at the C2C Outdoor Championships with a 19:55.03 mark ... Set indoor PRs in the mile (5:32.09) at the Oceanfront Invitational and 3000 (10:48.95) at the Richard Drake Invitational ... Added her top clocking in the 1500 at the New Captains Classic after wrapping up the race in 5:22.43 ... Placed in the top-10 in all seven of her races during the year, including a second-place showing in the 3000 at the Captains Invitational.

At Saint John Paul the Great - Competed in multiple sports during her time with the Wolves ... Starred on the cross country team as well as the indoor and outdoor track squads ... Also saw action on the basketball team.

Personal - Sarah Elizabeth Dake is the daughter of Michael and Megan Dake ... Has a brother, Tommy, and a sister, Maggie ... Majoring in cellular, molecular, and physiological biology.
