2021-22 - Senior Season: Starred in the throws while winning three league titles during the year … Claimed the shot put (11.57 meters) and discus (32.47 meters) during the Coast-to-Coast Conference Outdoor Championships … Also won the indoor weight throw title after establishing a new PR with a 13.51-meter launch during the winter competition … Set new PRs in the shot put (12.00 meters) and hammer (38.23 meters) at the New Captains Classic in April … Named to the All-Region team for her performance in the outdoor shot … Also garnered second-team All-State nods during the indoor and outdoor campaigns … Recorded her top effort in the discus during the year with a 33.31-meter toss at the Eastern Shore Challenge … Named the Coast-to-Coast Conference Field Athlete of the Week on December 6 and March 28 … Collected 22 top-five finishes during the year, including four victories … Placed in the top-five during each of her final nine events at the New Captains Classic, Eastern Shore Challenge, and Coast-to-Coast Outdoor Championships.

2020-21 - Junior Season: Secured All-Region nods in the shot put after ranking fifth in the South / Southeast with an 11.90-meter toss at the Eagle Invitational … That performance also marked the top effort in the league and earned her Coast-to-Coast Conference Field Athlete of the Week honors on April 27 … Received first-team All-State accolades as well … Recorded three top-10 finishes at the league meet after placing third in the discus, fifth in the shot put, and eighth in the hammer … Her mark of 34.26 meters in the discus during the conference competition marked her top showing of the season … Added a new PR in the hammer with a 37.96-meter launch at the Eagle Invitational … Posted a win in the shot put and was the runner-up in the discus and hammer during the Blue & Silver Challenge … Accumulated 17 top-five finishes during the outdoor season, including three apiece during the UMW Opener and New Captains Classic … Placed fifth in the shot put during the prestigious Colonial Relays with an 11.83-meter throw.

2019-20 - Sophomore Season: Came in third in the shot put (11.50 meters) and 11th in the weight throw (11.81) during the CAC Indoor Championships … Added her finest efforts of the year in both events during the Vince Brown Invitational after registering an 11.52-meter effort in the shot and a 12.82-meter toss in the weight throw … Finished the year ranked 10th in the South / Southeast Region in the shot … Posted a victory in the shot put during the Captains Invitational after unloading an 11.08-meter throw … Had nine top-10 efforts during the season, including a pair of top-five showings at the CNU Qualifier to round out the winter campaign.

2018-19 - Freshman Season: Finished eighth in the shot put during the CAC Outdoor Championships after posting a season-best distance of 10.89 meters … Also set a new PR in the weight throw during the indoor league meet after launching a 10.13-meter toss … Challenged for conference supremacy in the discus, hammer, and indoor shot put as well … Posted her top mark in both the discus (30.38 meters) and hammer (37.79 meters) at the Blue & Silver Challenge … Finished second in both of those disciplines during the Lloyd Sigler Spring Meet … Had five top-five finishes and 14 top-10 marks during the year while shining as one of the team’s top throwers.
