2021-22 - Senior Season:
Cross Country - Secured second-team All-League accolades and earned a spot on the All-Region squad for her efforts … Placed 16th in the 6k at the Coast-to-Coast Conference Championships with a time of 23:37.4 … Polished off the year with a 24:10.9 mark at the NCAA South Regionals, which placed her 31st overall … Collected a PR in the 6k at the Paul Short Run after crossing the line in 23:35.5 … Was the runner-up in the event at the CNU Invitational after posting a 24:22.6 clocking … Also competed in the 6k at the Inter-Regional Border Battle and finished in 24:28.9 … Opened the season with a two-mile PR of 12:24.8 at the Spider Alumni Open … Named to the USTFCCCA National All-Academic Team for her scholarly achievements as well.
Track & Field - Came in fifth in the 10,000 at the Coast-to-Coast Conference Outdoor Championships with a time of 42:34.74 … Finished sixth in the 5000 during the indoor league meet after clocking in at 19:27.64 … Set a pair of personal-bests during the spring campaign … Completed the 10,000 in 40:02.95 at the Colonial Relays and the 5000 in 19:20.40 at the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic … Also established two indoor PRs over the winter … Kicked off the year with a 5:50.93 mark in the mile at the Captains Invitational … Came back with a 10:55.28 clocking at the Richard Drake Invitational in February … Had four top-five finishes during the year, including a second-place showcase in the 5000 after crossing the line in 19:33.82 at the Keydet Invitational.
 
2020-21 - Junior Season:
Cross Country - Did not compete in the fall following a decision by the NCAA and Capital Athletic Conference to suspend athletic competitions due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Track & Field - Came in third in the league in the 10,000 after posting a time of 41:15.60 during the Coast-to-Coast Conference Outdoor Championships … Established a new PR in the 5000 after crossing the line in 19:28.51 during the New Captains Classic … Kicked off the year with her fastest time in the 1500 at the UMW Opener after finishing in 5:13.34 … Collected four top-five finishes during the spring, including a second-place showing in the 10,000 during the Blue & Silver Challenge.
 
2019-20 - Sophomore Season:
Cross Country - Placed 35th at the CAC Championships with a time of 27:59.2, which helped lead the Captains to the team title … Finished 10th in the 6k at the CNU Invitational with a season-best time of 26:11.0 … Posted her top clockings of the year in the 4k (18:17.4) at the UMW Opener and the 5k (22:01.8) at the Hornet Harrier Challenge … Registered a 22:34.4 mark while coming in 31st overall in the 5k at the William & Mary Invitational.
Track & Field - Finished 13th in the 5000 at the CAC Indoor Championships after clocking in at 19:53.41 … Was the ninth-place finisher in the 3000 (11:57.30) at the Captains Invitational and the 5000 (20:27.19) at the Vince Brown Invitational … Established a PR in the mile at the CNU Holiday Open with a 6:03.42 effort.

2018-19 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country -
Placed 41st at the CAC Championships after completing the 6k in 26:52.4 … Had her top time of the year at the Don Cathcart Invitational with a 25:14.4 mark … Finished 15th in the race at the CNU Invitational … Also took part in the 6k at the South / Southeast Championships and came in 76th in 25:16.2 … Registered a time of 17:41.4 in the 4k at the Mary Washington Opener as well.
Track & Field - Capped off her first year with a ninth-place finish in the 10,000 at the CAC Outdoor Championships … Completed the race in a season-best time of 42:17.47 … Had a 20:29.04 clocking in the 5000 during the CAC Indoor Championships, which placed her 15th in the field … Notched her fastest time in the 5000 at the Dr. Jack Toms Invitational (19:37.16) after establishing a PR in the 1500 at the Lloyd Sigler Spring Meet (5:26.33) … Collected eight top-10 finishes during the year, including all six of her races during the outdoor season.

At Our Lady of Good Counsel - Competed in track and cross country with the Falcons … Honored as the Team MVP twice during her tenure … Also served as a captain on both squads during her senior campaign.
 
Personal - Magdalena Nina Ralston is the daughter of Pat and Loretta Ralston … Has an older brother, Steven, who competes in hockey at Robert Morris … Has helped build houses for single mothers during volunteer trips to El Salvador … Majoring in psychology.
