2022-23 - Senior Season:
Cross Country - Garnered second-team All-League accolades after finishing 15th in the 6k at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Championships with a time of 22:59.5 ... Set a new school record in the 4k at the Spider Alumni Open after finishing in 15:06.1 ... That earned her the league's Athlete of the Week award on September 5 ... Also completed the 6k in 23:45.4 at the Paul Short Run ... Starred in the classroom as well and was named the C2C Women's Cross Country Scholar-Athlete of the Year ... Also named to the USTFCCCA National All-Academic Team.
Track & Field - Remained one of the top distance runners in the region while starring throughout her final year with the Captains ... Secured second-team All-State honors in the indoor distance and outdoor mid-distance events ... Also garnered recognition as a member of the indoor DMR ... Hauled in second-team All-League nods in the indoor 3000 and DMR as well as the outdoor 800 ... Her mark of 2:21.00 in the 800 at the spring meet placed her second in the conference and 10th on the program's all-time charts ... Came back with a PR of 4:47.19 in the 1500 at the Widener Final Qualifier, which moved her to ninth in school history ... Climbed to eighth all-time in the indoor mile as well after finishing the event in 5:17.73 at the South Region Final Qualifier ... Set a new personal-best in the 3000 at the Camel City Invitational after clocking in at 10:42.39 ... Came in second in the 3000 and DMR at the indoor league meet before placing third in the mile ... Also was the runner-up in the 800 and finished fourth in the 1500 at the outdoor competition ... Celebrated as the conference's Track Athlete of the Meet on January 30 ... Registered 16 top-five finishes during the year, including wins in the 1500 at the Blue & Silver Challenge and the DMR at the Vince Brown Invitational ... Excelled in the classroom as well and earned CSC Academic All-District accolades for her performance.

2021-22 - Junior Season:
Cross Country - Garnered second-team All-League accolades after placing 13th at the Coast-to-Coast Conference Championships with a PR of 23:15.4 in the 6k … Also competed at the NCAA South Regionals and came in 57th overall with a time of 25:10.3.
Track & Field - Secured three All-League plaudits for her work during the year … Earned a pair for her efforts at the Coast-to-Coast Conference Indoor Championships … Was the runner-up in the 800 with a time of 2:25.20 … Also led the DMR to a second-place showing in 12:49.61 … That relay time earned her second-team All-State nods and a place on the All-Region squad … Came back with a second-place showing in the 4x400-relay during the outdoor league meet … Also finished third in the 800 and fourth in the 1500 at the spring competition … Set two PRs during the winter season … Won the 3000 in 11:23.40 at the Captains Invitational before running the mile in 5:19.02 at the CNU Qualifier … Kicked off the outdoor season by winning the 1500 in 4:55.13 at the UMW Opener before placing second in the 5000 with an 18:27.83 clocking at the Blue & Silver Challenge … Honored as the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Track Athlete of the Week on March 28 for that performance … Had 16 top-five finishes during the year, including a win in the 4x400-relay during the New Captains Classic.
 
2020-21 - Sophomore Season:
Cross Country - Did not compete in the fall following a decision by the NCAA and Capital Athletic Conference to suspend athletic competitions due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Track & Field - Orchestrated a dominant season in the middle distances during her second year with the Captains … Hauled in second-team All-League honors after finishing as the runner-up in both the 800 and 1500 at the Coast-to-Coast Conference Outdoor Championships … Secured second-team All-State nods for her efforts as well … Ranked eighth in the South / Southeast Region in the 800 after posting a season-best time of 2:22.01 during the Blue & Silver Challenge … Came back one week later with a new PR in the 1500 at the Colonial Relays after crossing in 4:48.77, which marked the ninth-fastest clocking in the region … Also slotted ninth in the South / Southeast in the 5000 after throwing down a time of 18:24.42 at the Charm City Invitational … Named the Coast-to-Coast Conference Track Athlete of the Week on March 23 after posting wins in the 1500 and 5000 during the UMW Opener … Finished the spring with four victories and nine top-five finishes.
 
2019-20 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country - Helped the Captains win the team title at the CAC Championships … Finished 31st overall at the league meet with a time of 27:24.6 in the 6k … Came back with her top mark in the event at the NCAA South / Southeast Championships after placing 63rd overall in 23:47.6 … Kicked off the year with a pair of top-20 finishes after coming in 14th in the 4k (16:29.7) at the UMW Opener and 19th in the 5k (21:19.8) at the William & Mary Invitational … Also took part in the 6k at the Paul Short Run and Connecticut College Invitational.
Track & Field - Claimed a conference crown after helping the 4x400-relay win the league title at the CAC Indoor Championships … Guided the foursome to a time of 4:10.83 … Also came away with All-Conference accolades in the Distance Medley Relay after helping the group place second at the CAC meet in 13:05.95 … Came in fifth in the 800 at the CAC Championships as well after crossing in 2:29.30 … Registered her fastest time of the year in the mile at the CNU Qualifier after finishing fifth in 5:25.54 … Posted a pair of top-five performances at the Captains Invitational and came in third in the 800 at the CNU Holiday Open … Finished in the top-10 in eight of her nine races during the winter campaign.
