Cross Country - Threw down a personal-best in the 6k at the CNU Invitational after coming in 27th in 23:51.5 ... That moved her to 45th on the program's all-time performance list ... Also registered the school's fourth-fastest time in the 4k at the Spider Alumni Open after wrapping up the event in 15:23.3.
Track & Field - Collected a pair of top-10 marks at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Indoor Championships after finishing seventh in both the 3000 (10:59.71) and 5000 (19:11.79) during the title meet ... Came back in the spring and placed seventh in the 10,000 (42:19.09) and 14th in the 5000 (21:25.30) at the outdoor league competition ... Moved to ninth on the program's all-time performance list in the 10,000 after notching a PR of 39:43.76 during the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic ... Also established personal-bests in both the 800 (2:37.73) and 1500 (5:09.03) at the Blue & Silver Challenge ... Added a second-place finish in the 4x400-relay during the same competition ... Was the runner-up in the 3000 at the Captains Invitational after completing the race in 11:09.32 ... Had eight total top-10 finishes during the year ... Also hauled in CSC Academic All-District nods for her outstanding work in the classroom as well.

2023-24 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country - Placed 29th at the C2C Championships after finishing the 6k in 24:14.3 ... Notched her top clocking at the Rowan Inter-Regional Border Battle with a 24:12.0 mark ... Came in 42nd at the CNU Invitational after crossing in 25:05.8 ... Also wrapped up the prestigious Paul Short Run in 26:07.0 ... Opened her collegiate career with a 4k mark of 16:42.5 at the Spider Alumni Open.
Track & Field - Finished fifth in both the 5000 and 10,000 at the C2C Outdoor Championships ... Completed the 10,000 in 39:48.54, which moved her to eighth on the program's all-time performance list ... Wrapped up the 5000 in 19:19.05 before setting a new PR in the event during the Widener Final Qualifier (18:33.69) ... Added two top-10 efforts at the C2C Indoor Championships as well after placing ninth in the 5000 (19:36.63) and 10th in the 3000 (11:37.72) ... Nailed down indoor PRs in the mile (5:37.38) at the Oceanfront Invitational and 3000 (10:59.69) during the Richard Drake Invitational ... Also posted her top marks of the year in the 800 (2:44.35) at the CNU Qualifier and 1500 (5:09.34) during the Blue & Silver Challenge ... Had six top-five finishes during the year, including second-place performances in the 3000 at the New Captains Classic and 5000 at the CNU Qualifier.
