Cross Country - Made an immediate impact during her first collegiate campaign while placing 28th at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Championships in 25:45.4 ... Also added a top-100 finish at the NCAA South Regionals after coming in 79th in 25:12.3 ... Posted a season-best time in the 6k at the prestigious Paul Short Run after completing the race in 24:25.4 ... Came in 14th at the Don Cathcart Invitational with a 25:01.0 mark ... Took part in the 6k at the CNU Invitational and Rowan Inter-Regional Border Battle as well ... Threw down a time of 17:06.8 in the 4k during her debut at the Spider Alumni Open.
Track & Field - Posted a pair of top-10 efforts at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Indoor Championships after placing eighth in the 5000 (19:45.15) and ninth in the 3000 (11:15.61) ... Returned in the spring and came in seventh in the league in the 3000-steeplechase (13:27.81) and 15th in the 5000 (21:38.80) ... Finished second in the 10,000 at the Blue & Silver Challenge with a season-best time of 43:24.68 ... Also placed third in the steeplechase at the New Captains Classic with a 12:44.59 mark ... Established a PR in the mile during the indoor season with a 5:38.92 clocking at the Betty S. Rogers Invitational ... Had eight top-10 finishes in 10 total races during the year, including sixth-place efforts in the mile and 3000 at the Captains Invitational during her indoor debut in January.

At Maggie Walker Governor's School - Starred for four years as a member of the cross country and track & field programs with the Dragons ... Served as a team captain during her senior campaign ... Took part in the cross country regional championships from 2021-23 ... Also ran in the state meet during her junior season ...
