2021-22 - Senior Season:
Cross Country - Pieced together a decorated campaign while qualifying for the National Championships … Eventually placed 180th in the country during the title competition after completing the 6k in 22:57.3 … Hauled in All-Region and first-team All-Conference accolades for her performance … Placed seventh at the NCAA South Regionals, which marked the sixth-best finish in program history … Also came in second at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Championships with a personal-best time of 21:57.3 … That marked the second-fastest clocking in school history … Also took part in the Inter-Regional Border Battle at Rowan and completed the course in 24:05.8.
Track & Field - Established a pair of school records during her final campaign while winning the conference championship in the outdoor 5000 … Posted a PR in the event during the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic while setting a new program standard with a time of 17:33.22 … Also shattered the school mark in the 10,000 after wrapping up the race in 36:40.52 at the Colonial Relays … That clocking ranked first in the South Region during the year … Picked up All-Region honors for her work in the 5000 and 10,000 along with the indoor 3000 and DMR … Garnered first-team All-State accolades for her work in the outdoor distance events and was a second-team selection as a distance runner and member of the DMR during the indoor campaign … Secured second-team All-League honors on the indoor DMR unit as well … Named the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Track Athlete of the Week on April 4 and April 18 … Placed second in the DMR and eighth in the 3000 during the indoor league meet … Set a new PR in the 3000 after completing the race in 10:14.62 at the South Region Final Qualifier … Capped off the year with a personal-best in the steeplechase during the Swarthmore Final Qualifier after crossing the line in 11:37.72 … Posted six top-five finishes during the year and placed in the top-10 in nine of her 10 races during the season.
 
2020-21 - Junior Season:
Cross Country - Did not compete in the fall following a decision by the NCAA and Capital Athletic Conference to suspend athletic competitions due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Track & Field - Put together a record-setting campaign in the spring … Set a new school standard in the 5000 after finishing in 17:48.61 at the Colonial Relays … That shaved nearly a full second off the previous program record, which had stood for two decades … Ranked first in the conference, fifth in the region, and 46th in the entire NCAA in the 5000 during the year … Hauled in All-Region accolades in the 1500 and 5000 … Ranked fourth in the South / Southeast in the 1500 after posting a time of 4:45.40 at the Emory Final Qualifier … Garnered first-team All-State accolades for her performance in the 5000 and second-team plaudits for her efforts in the 1500 … Won the 5000 in 17:56.04 at the Salisbury Spring Meet and was celebrated as the Coast-to-Coast Conference Track Athlete of the Week on March 16 for that performance … Came back three weeks later and was named the Track Athlete of the Week again on April 6 following her record-setting run at the Colonial Relays … Finished in the top-five in six of her seven races during the outdoor season, including a win in the 1500 at the Blue & Silver Challenge … Placed third in the 1500 and fifth in the 5000 at the Coast-to-Coast Conference Championships.

2019-20 - Sophomore Season:
Cross Country - Brought home second-team All-Conference accolades after finishing 16th at the CAC Championships with a time of 26:27.6 in the 6k … Tallied her top time in the event at the Paul Short Run after finishing the race in 23:51.5 … Also ran the 6k at the Connecticut College Invitational and NCAA South / Southeast Regionals … Added a time of 21:21.2 in the 5k while finishing 20th overall at the William & Mary Invitational.
Track & Field - Secured All-Conference, All-State, and All-Region accolades while starring in the 3000 … Finished second in the event at the CAC Championships with a 10:46.43 mark … Contributed her fastest clocking in the event at the Tufts National Qualifier with a time of 10:31.40, which placed her fifth among all competitors in the South / Southeast Region … Finished third in the mile at the conference meet with a season-best time of 5:23.95 … Won the 3000 at the Captains Invitational and placed second in the 5000 at the Vince Brown Invitational … Had six top-five finishes during the winter while posting elite efforts in the 3000, 5000, and mile.

2018-19 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country - Made her debut in the 4k at the UMW Opener ... Posted a time of 16:47.2 in the event, which placed her 22nd in the field.
Track & Field - Locked up All-Conference and All-Region plaudits for her work on the indoor Distance Medley Relay ... Helped lead the foursome to a time of 13:01.59 at the CAC Indoor Championships, which placed the group second in the field ... Also added a pair of top-10 efforts in individual events during both the indoor and outdoor league meet ... Came in fifth in the mile (5:30.66) and eighth in the 800 (2:33.06) during the winter competition ... Returned in the spring with a fifth-place showing in the 1500 (4:54.53) and a seventh-place finish in the 5000 (19:37.41) ... Recorded her fastest 800 time during the Camel City Invitational (2:27.08) just a week after throwing down her top mile mark at the Captains Invitational (5:24.64) ... Also notched her top time in the 3000 at the Keydet Invitational (11:13.53) and her finest performance in the 5000 at the Swarthmore Final Qualifier (18:43.94) ... Had a dozen top-five finishes during her first collegiate campaign, including a pair of second-place showcases in the 800 and 1500 at the Lloyd Sigler Spring Meet.

At Bruton - Excelled in cross country and track & field with the Panthers … Secured All-Conference and All-State accolades for her work in cross country … Also served as a team captain and earned the MVP Award … Equally successful in track & field … Won a state championship in the indoor 3200 as a freshman … Also placed in the top-five at the state meet in the 1000, 1600, and 3200 … Nabbed All-Region and All-State honors for her efforts … Earned the Most Dependable Award and was a team captain … Competed in field hockey as well.
