Cross Country - Finished 20th at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Championships after crossing the line in 24:00.1 ... Came back with another strong effort at the NCAA South Regionals while placing 66th in 24:42.7 ... Established a new 6k PR at the Don Cathcart Invitational after coming in sixth in 23:58.4 ... Also posted sub-25-minute times at the Paul Short Run (24:24.9) and Rowan Inter-Regional Border Battle (24:00.1) ... Placed 43rd at the CNU Invitational as well.
Track & Field - Notched three top-10 performances at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Championships during the year ... Came in seventh in the 400-hurdles (1:15.67) during the outdoor league meet ... Also placed eighth in the 800 (2:30.08) and ninth in the mile (5:43.90) during the indoor competition ... Finished second in the mile (5:33.70) and fourth in the 800 (2:32.37) at the Betty S. Rogers Invitational ... Notched indoor PRs in the 3000 (11:23.86) at the Captains Invitational and the 800 (2:28.48) during the VMI Invitational ... Tallied personal-best marks in the 400 (1:02.64) and 3000-steeplechase (13:18.41) at the New Captains Classic ... Completed the 1500 in 5:19.39 at the Blue & Silver Challenge ... 2023-24 - Sophomore Season:
Cross Country - Came in 30th at the C2C Championships after completing the 6k in 24:44.8 ... Threw down her top time at the Rowan Inter-Regional Border Battle with a 24:26.9 clocking ... Also wrapped up the race in 25:29.0 at the Paul Short Run ... Finished the 4k in 16:58.6 at the Spider Alumni Open.
Track & Field - Set a new PR in the 3000 at the Captains Invitational after coming in sixth in 12:12.88 ... Also competed in a pair of races at the Oceanfront Invitational ... Finished the mile in 5:47.61, which also established a new personal-best ... Wrapped up the 800 in 2:37.92 as well.

2022-23 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country - Placed 37th at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Championships after posting a 6k PR of 24:46.2 ... Came in 21st in the 6k at the Rowan Border Battle with a 26:14.3 mark after throwing down a time of 25:56.0 at the NCAA Regional Preview ... Opened the year with a 16:02.6 clocking in the 4k at the Spider Alumni Open.
Track & Field - Finished ninth in the 800 at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Outdoor Championships with a time of 2:43.14 ... Posted a season-best time in the event at the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic after crossing the line in 2:34.34 ... Also came in sixth in the event at the Eastern Shore Challenge ... Added a fourth-place finish in the 3000 at the New Captains Classic with a 12:12.93 mark ... Completed the 1500 in 5:54.06 at the Blue & Silver Challenge, which placed her 11th in the field.

At Turner Ashby - Shined as a distance runner during her time with the Knights ... Earned four letters apiece in indoor and outdoor track & field ... Also starred for four years on the cross country squad.
