Cross Country - Registered her fastest 6k time of the year after completing the Rowan Interregional Border Battle in 26:41.5 ... Also posted a time of 29:09.1 at the Paul Short Run ... Wrapped up the 4k in 18:34.3 at the Spider Alumni Open.
Track & Field - Did not see action during the winter or spring.

2022-23 - Sophomore Season:
Cross Country - Came in 35th at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Championships after finishing the 6k in 24:45.7 ... Added a season-best 16th-place finish in the 6k at the Rowan Border Battle ... Competed in the event at the Paul Short Run and NCAA Regional Preview as well ... Kicked off the year with a time of 16:34.5 in the 4k at the Spider Alumni Open.
Track & Field - Recorded a pair of top-10 efforts at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Championships ... Placed 10th in the indoor 800 with a time of 2:36.90 before matching that finish with a 5:37.19 clocking in the outdoor 1500 ... Had a season-best mark of 5:44.69 in the mile at the Blue Marlin Invitational ... Came through with her fastest time in the 1500 at the Blue & Silver Challenge after finishing seventh in 5:28.28 ... Also came in 10th in the event at the Eastern Shore Challenge ... Completed the 5000 in 21:44.91 at the Washington & Lee Carnival ... Registered five top-10 finishes during the year.

2021-22 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country - Recorded her top 6k time of the year at the Paul Short Run after finishing in 26:38.6 … Placed 36th at the CNU Invitational in September with a 28:12.0 clocking … Also crossed the line in 28:27.2 at the Inter-Regional Border Battle … Kicked off the season with a two-mile PR at the Spider Alumni Open after wrapping up the race in 13:36.6.
Track & Field - Finished 10th in the league in the 1500 at the Coast-to-Coast Conference Outdoor Championships after completing the event in 5:34.31 … Established a pair of personal-bests at the New Captains Classic after finishing the 800 in 2:37.48 and the 1500 in 5:10.26 … Completed the 5000 in 21:27.16 at the Blue & Silver Challenge … Came through with season-best marks in back-to-back meets during the winter season … Posted a 5:57.64 mark in the mile at the Richard Drake Invitational before notching a 12:26.50 effort in the 3000 at the CNU Qualifier … Had seven top-10 finishes during the year, including a second-place showing in the 1500 at the Eastern Shore Challenge.
