2021-22 - Sophomore Season:
Cross Country - Posted her fastest 6k time at the Inter-Regional Border Battle after completing the event in 25:42.2, which placed her 22nd in the field … Wrapped up the fall with a 38th-place finish at the Coast-to-Coast Conference Championships with a 25:51.8 mark … Also placed 28th in the 6k at the CNU Invitational … Took part in the Paul Short Run as well … Kicked off the season with a two-mile PR at the Spider Alumni Open after finishing in 13:08.7.
Track & Field - Competed in five meets during the outdoor season … Finished 14th in the league in the 400 at the Coast-to-Coast Conference Outdoor Championships after crossing in 1:07.06 … Set a PR in the 1500 at the UMW Opener with a 5:42.42 clocking … Also added her top 800 time at the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic with a 2:39.00 standard … Finished in the top-10 in the 800 at the Blue & Silver Challenge and Eastern Shore Challenge.

2020-21 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country - Did not compete in the fall following a decision by the NCAA and Capital Athletic Conference to suspend athletic competitions due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Track & Field - Did not see action during the spring campaign.
 
At Ocean Lakes - Starred as a member of the cross country and track & field teams with the Dolphins ... Was an All-Region performer in cross country as a junior and senior ... Helped the team capture a pair of district titles and a regional crown while also finishing third at the 2019 state championships ... Qualified for the VHSL 6A state meet in the indoor 1000 in 2020 ... Garnered All-Region nods in the outdoor 800 in 2018 and 2019 ... Excelled on the 4x800-relay, setting a school record in the event while helping lead the unit to the 2020 indoor state championship ... Also garnered All-State and All-Region accolades for her work on the outdoor 4x800-relay ... Led the foursome to a fifth-place showing during the New Balance Nationals Emerging Elite in 2019 ... Saw action as a forward on the soccer squad as well.
