2022-23 - Senior Season: Orchestrated one of the most decorated campaigns in Christopher Newport athletics history ... Honored as the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Female Athlete of the Year, becoming the first standout in league history to earn the conference's highest honor for her work exclusively in track & field ... Also named the C2C Women's Indoor and Outdoor Track & Field Athlete of the Year ... Earned All-American honors in the indoor long jump after placing eighth at the national meet with a 5.57-meter leap ... Came in 14th in the country in the pentathlon as well after compiling a score of 3,330 at the title competition ... Established a new conference record in the indoor long jump with a 5.87-meter effort at the CNU Qualifier ... That also ranked first in the region and third in the entire NCAA during the 2023 campaign ... Slotted seventh on the national charts in the pentathlon after posting a score of 3,434 during the CNU Qualifier ... 2020-21 - Sophomore Season: Continued her award-winning career while qualifying for the NCAA Outdoor Championships in the 100-hurdles … Placed 17th in the country in the event after posting a time of 14.80 during the title meet … Threw down her top mark in the 100-hurdles during the Rowan Last Chance Meet with a time of 14.48 … That ranked second in the entire South / Southeast … Earned All-Region honors in the 100-hurdles and heptathlon … Posted a new PR in the combined event with a score of 4,167 at Mount Olive … Ranked first in the region and 28th in the NCAA in the heptathlon … Hauled in three All-Conference awards, including a pair of league titles, for her work at the Coast-to-Coast Conference Outdoor Championships … Won league crowns in the 100-hurdles (14.94) and 400-hurdles (1:08.60) … Also came in second in the long jump with a 5.16-meter distance … Brought home first-team All-State plaudits for her efforts in the hurdles and heptathlon … Honored as the Coast-to-Coast Conference Track Athlete of the Week on April 20 after finishing second in the heptathlon at the New Captains Classic … Kicked off the year with a win in the 100-hurdles at the UMW Opener before adding victories in the 400-hurdles and long jump in her next appearance at the Blue & Silver Challenge … Had 13 top-five finishes during the spring, including five victories.
 
2019-20 - Freshman Season: Quickly established herself as one of the most versatile standouts in the region during her debut campaign … Collected All-South / Southeast accolades in both the pentathlon and 60-hurdles … Also walked away with league titles in the 60-hurdles and 4x400-relay … Ranked first in the region in the pentathlon after posting a season-best score of 2,939 at the CNU Qualifier … Snatched the conference title in the 60-hurdles after finishing in 9.03, which placed her third in the South / Southeast … Honored as the CAC Track Athlete of the Week on January 20 after racing to a time of 9.29 in the hurdles at the VMI Keydet Invitational … Added a season-best effort in the long jump during the same meet with a distance of 4.96 meters … Eclipsed 1.52 meters in the high jump at the Captains Invitational, which marked her top performance of the year … Swept the VaSID All-State Track and Field Rookie of the Year Awards, becoming the first athlete in Virginia history to win both honors ... Also was a first-team All-State selection in the pentathlon and a second-team pick in the hurdles ... Had 14 top-10 finishes during her freshman season, including three victories and a pair of second-place showcases.
