2020-21 - Junior Season:
Cross Country - Did not compete in the fall following a decision by the NCAA and Capital Athletic Conference to suspend athletic competitions due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Track & Field - Secured first-team All-Conference and second-team All-State accolades for her starring role in the steeplechase … Posted a season-best time in the event during the Colonial Relays after crossing the line in 11:25.45 … That clocking placed her sixth in the South / Southeast Region and 41st in the entire NCAA … Won the league title in the steeplechase after finishing in 11:27.70 during the Coast-to-Coast Conference Outdoor Championships … Also placed first in the event during the UMW Opener with an 11:52.56 clocking … Came in third in the 5000 during the league meet with a time of 19:05.81 … Also took part in the 1500 and 400-hurdles during the year … Finished second in the 1500 during the Blue & Silver Challenge after establishing a PR in 4:59.80.
 
2019-20 - Sophomore Season:
Cross Country - Came in 20th in the 4k at the UMW Opener after crossing the line in 17:17.1 … Also added a 22:00.5 clocking in the 5k at the William & Mary Invitational, which placed her 26th overall.
Track & Field - Finished 10th in the 3000 at the CAC Indoor Championships with a season-best time of 11:06.88 … Also placed sixth in the event at the Captains Invitational with an 11:25.53 mark … Established a new PR in the mile with a 5:39.88 clocking at the CNU Qualifier, which placed her 10th in the field.

2018-19 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country - Finished 45th at the CAC Championships with a time of 27:10.5 in the 6k … Posted her fastest clocking over that distance at the Don Cathcart Invitational after completing the race in 25:12.5 … Added a 19th-place showing in the 4k at the Mary Washington Opener (16:37.5) and a 23rd-place effort in the 6k at the CNU Invitational (28:07.0).
Track & Field - Came in 11th in the 5000 at the CAC Indoor Championships with a time of 19:53.65 … Had her fastest clocking in that event during the Dr. Jack Toms Invitational (19:44.37) … Placed second in the 5000 at the Captains Invitational after crossing in 20:06.08 … Had a PR in the 3000 at the CNU Holiday Open (11:45.27) and a personal-best in the 1500 at the Lloyd Sigler Spring Meet (5:25.39) … Posted a pair of top-five finishes during her first collegiate campaign.
