2019-20 - Senior Season:
Cross Country - Finished in the top-20 at the CAC Championships while helping the Captains claim the team title … Placed 19th in the 6k at the league meet after finishing in 26:38.1 … Also took part in the 5k at both the Hornet Harrier Challenge (21:57.9) and the William & Mary Invitational (22:13.7).
Track & Field - Picked up second-team All-Conference honors while starring on the Distance Medley Relay at the CAC Championships … Helped lead the foursome to a second-place showing after finishing in 13:05.94 … Also came in 10th in the mile at the league meet after establishing a new PR in 5:37.51 … Finished seventh in the 3000 at the Captains Invitational after completing the race in 11:34.32 … Placed in the top-10 in three of her four races during the winter campaign.

2018-19 - Junior Season:
Cross Country - Did not see action during her third year with the Captains.
Track & Field - Capped off the year with an eighth-place finish in the 3000-steeplechase at the CAC Outdoor Championships ... Completed the event in 13:12.10 ... Also took part in the 800 during the Vince Brown Invitational and crossed the line in 2:44.12.

2017-18 - Sophomore Season:
Cross Country - Came in 21st at the CAC Championships with a time of 24:51.6 ... Added her top time in the 6k at the South / Southeast Regionals with a 24:08.8 mark ... Finished 12th in the 4k at the Mary Washington Opener in 15:34.4 ... Also competed in the Paul Short Run and Cowbell Classic.
Track & Field - Finished fifth in the 800 (2:28.28) and 10th in the 3000 (11:27.34) at the CAC Indoor Championships ... Returned in the spring with a fifth-place showing in the 3000-steeplechase (12:40.39) during the outdoor league meet ... Registered her fastest clocking in the steeplechase during the New Captains Classic after placing second in 11:51.69 ... Set a PR in the 800 during the Vince Brown Invitational after clocking in at 2:28.16 ... Came through with eight top-five finishes during the year, including four in the steeplechase.

2016-17 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country - Placed 17th at the CAC Championships with a season-best time of 25:12.3 in the 6k … Had her top mark in the 5k after finishing eighth at the William & Mary Invitational with a 20:27.0 mark … Also took part in the Paul Short Run during the year.
Track & Field - Collected All-Conference honors in the 3000-steeplechase after finishing second at the league meet with a time of 12:07.29 … Excelled in the event throughout the outdoor season and posted victories in the discipline during the Commonwealth Duals and Lloyd Sigler Spring Meet … Notched a season-best time of 1:12.56 in the 400-hurdles during the Captains Classic and had her top mark in the 1500 at the George Mason Spring Invitational after crossing the line in 5:06.48 … Also competed in the mile, 1500, and 400-hurdles during the indoor season … Tallied her top mile mark after finishing in 5:40.46 during the CNU Holiday Open.

At West Springfield - Starred as a member of the cross country and track & field teams … Secured All-State accolades for her work during the indoor and outdoor track & field seasons … Also was an All-Conference performer with the cross country squad as a sophomore and junior … Helped lead the Spartans to the Patriot Conference cross country championship as a sophomore.
 
Personal - Abigail Grace Snyder is the daughter of Steve and Elaine Snyder … She has an older sister, Brooke … Her dream vacation would be a trip to New Zealand … "Dodgeball" is her favorite movie, and "Psych" is her favorite TV show ... Aspires to be a school psychologist ... Majoring in psychology.
