2007 - Sophomore Season - Poured in a total of 26 goals, with four each against Guilford and Shenandoah...Also had three in a game with Shenandoah...Netted the game-winning goal versus Virginia Wesleyan...Had three assists in a contest with Ferrum...Had a season-high three ground balls against Salisbury.

2006 - Freshman Season - Played in all 19 games and was the team’s fourth-leading scorer with 20 goals and eight assists...Sargent scored a season-high three goals against Guilford and scored twice against Ferrum, Lynchburg and Sweet Briar...Sargent was also an honorable mention all-conference selection...Scored CNU’s first-ever goal in the NCAA Tournament against Washington & Lee.

AT OSBOURN PARK - Played lacrosse throughout high school for coach Kate Thomas...As a senior, Sargent was a first team all-District, all-Region, all-area and first team Potomac News selection...She scored 64 goals and assisted on 58 more and played in the state all-star game her senior year...Her junior year, Sargent had 49 goals and 27 assists and was a first team all-district and all-region selection...She was an honor roll student and was also in the Key Club, Yearbook staff and also did volunteer work with special education students.
