Biography

2015 - Junior Season - Pieced together a tremendous year for the Captains while starting all 17 games … Tied for second on the team with 17 caused turnovers and stood third with 33 ground balls … Forced a season-high five turnovers against Roanoke on March 3, which marked the sixth-highest single-game total in CNU history … Also picked up five ground balls against the Maroons to round out a sensational performance … Forced three turnovers against Mary Washington on April 1 and added two more in the regular season finale at No. 15 York on April 18 … Also contributed a season-best six ground balls against the Spartans … Picked up at least one ground ball in 15 of the team’s 17 contests and had two or more on eight occasions … Also notched 12 draw controls during the year, including a pair in back-to-back games against Wesley on March 14 and McDaniel on March 19.

2014 - Sophomore Season - Pieced together a strong sophomore campaign, earning 13 starts while appearing in all 18 games during the year … Outstanding defensive player who ranked third on the team with 15 caused turnovers … Forced at least two in five games during the season, including four straight contests from March 15-22 … Also ranked sixth on the team with 26 ground balls … Picked up a season-high four during a 10-9 victory at Frostburg State on March 29 … Also had three at Washington College on March 16 and against St. Mary’s on March 22 … Secured at least one ground ball in all but five games during the year … Also contributed on the offensive end, scoring a goal at Marymount on April 12 after posting an assist against Roanoke on February 22.

2013 - Freshman Season - Competed in 10 games during her first season at CNU ... Had an outstanding performance against Methodist on March 23 ... Posted her first two career goals and added a season-high four ground balls against the Monarchs ... Also captured a draw control and caused a turnover during the contest ... Pieced together another well-rounded effort against N.C. Wesleyan on April 3 with three ground balls, three draw controls, and a season-best two caused turnovers ... Eventually finished the year with eight ground balls, five caused turnovers and four draw controls ... Saw action in both games during the USA South Tournament and appeared again during the NCAA Tournament against Sewanee on May 8, helping lead Christopher Newport to the program’s first-ever postseason victory.

At Albemarle - Played lacrosse all four years with the Patriots … Honored as a first-team All-District and All-Region selection during her senior campaign … Also garnered second-team All-Region nods as a junior … Served as a team captain … Led Albemarle to the state quarterfinals as a senior after guiding the squad to the district championship earlier in the season … Also competed in field hockey for four years and basketball for two … Named an Academic All-American for her performance in the classroom as well.
