2022 - 5th-Year Senior Season - Started all 19 games while wrapping up her career as a leading member of the team’s defensive unit … Ranked sixth in the league with 19 caused turnovers … Had at least one takeaway in 13 of her appearances, including five straight from March 23 - April 5 … Forced three miscues against Meredith on April 20 … Had two caused turnovers in four other games, including the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Championship against No. 2 Salisbury on May 7 … Also forced one in the league semifinals to kick off a stellar postseason run against Mary Washington on May 4 … Added another caused turnover in a nationally-ranked duel against No. 15 Messiah on April 2 … Notched two takeaways and matched her season-high with three ground balls against St. Mary’s (Md.) on April 5 … Scooped up multiple rollers in seven of her appearances … Collected three against No. 2 Salisbury on April 30 after posting a pair of ground balls at No. 22 Chicago on April 8 … Snatched three in back-to-back outings against Lebanon Valley on March 12 and Shenandoah on March 16 … Named to the IWLCA North/South Senior All-Star Game … Also served as a team captain while providing veteran leadership during her final campaign … Shined off the field as well while garnering Academic All-Conference nods for the third time in her career.

2021 - Senior Season - Earned second-team All-Conference honors while solidifying her spot among the league’s top defensive standouts … Finished the year with 13 caused turnovers and showed a knack for coming through with her finest performances against top-flight competition … 11 of her takeaways came against top-25 foes, while 10 of her 16 ground balls were recorded against nationally-ranked teams … Posted a season-high three caused turnovers at No. 17 Mary Washington on March 27 … Added two takeaways in wins over No. 23 Lynchburg on March 24 and No. 20 St. Mary’s (Md.) on March 31 … Forced two more miscues in a rematch against the Seahawks on April 5 as well … Stepped up in the postseason with a caused turnover at No. 24 Mary Washington in the Coast-to-Coast Conference Semifinals on April 28 before adding a ground ball in the championship bout at No. 4 Salisbury on May 1 … Collected three ground balls and caused a turnover at Roanoke on March 6 … Scooped up at least one roller in 11 of her appearances, including four straight from April 5-14 … Helped anchor a defensive unit that finished the season ranked 11th in the NCAA with 176 caused turnovers ... 2020 - Junior Season - Developed into one of the program’s most dependable defensive players during her third year in Newport News … Started all seven games and ranked third on the roster with seven caused turnovers … Posted a season-high three takeaways against Washington (Md.) on February 29 … Came back with two more in the finale against Coast Guard on March 10 … Also forced turnovers against Roanoke on February 22 and at No. 6 Washington & Lee on March 4 … Scooped up six ground balls during the season, including four during a win at Virginia Wesleyan on February 26 … Came through with a draw control against the Marlins as well … Helped the Captains limit the opposition to a .376 shooting percentage during the year, which marked the second-lowest in the history of the program ... Earned a spot on the Academic All-Conference Team for her performance off the field as well.

2019 - Sophomore Season - Made 12 appearances during her second year at CNU ... Earned starts on the defensive unit during conference tilts against Southern Virginia on April 2 and Frostburg State on April 13 ... Forced two turnovers and grabbed a ground ball in the latter contest against the Bobcats ... Scooped up a roller in back-to-back appearances against Roanoke on March 5 and Washington (Md.) on March 19 ... Also had a caused turnover against the Shorewomen ... Appeared in five contests against nationally-ranked opponents, including the CAC semifinals at No. 6 Salisbury on April 30 ... Finished the year with three ground balls and three caused turnovers.

2018 - Freshman Season - Competed in five games during her first year with the Captains ... Caused a turnover and grabbed a ground ball in the season opener against Bridgewater on February 21 ... Added her second caused turnover and ground ball in a victory over Southern Virginia on April 18 ... Also helped lead CNU to conference triumphs at Frostburg State on March 25 and Wesley on April 21 ... Made an appearance in a non-league win at Virginia Wesleyan on February 24 as well.

At Forest Hills Northern - Was a three-year member of the varsity squad with the Huskies … Saw action as a midfielder and on the attack … Earned the Hardest Worker Award for her efforts in 2015 … Helped guide the team to the regional finals every season ... Also played volleyball, served as a manager on the football team, and was a member of student government and the Spanish Club.
