Cross Country - Hauled in All-Region honors and picked up a first-team All-Conference citation for her work in the fall ... Came in seventh at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Championships after finishing in 22:10.3, which marked the fifth-fastest 6k time in school history ... Rounded out the year by coming in 30th at the NCAA South Regionals with a 23:13.2 clocking ... Posted a pair of top-20 finishes during the regular season after coming in sixth at the CNU Invitational (23:26.3) and 13th during the Don Cathcart Invitational (22:57.2) ... Also broke the 23-minute mark at the Rowan Inter-Regional Border Battle after placing 59th in 22:58.8 ... Notched a time of 23:07.8 at the Paul Short Run as well ... Kicked off the season by finishing the 4k in 15:38.6 at the Spider Alumni Open ... Secured USTFCCCA National All-Academic Cross Country accolades for her scholarly achievements as well.
Track & Field - Secured second-team All-League accolades in three different events after finishing as the runner-up in the 800 and mile during the indoor championships and the 3000-steeplechase during the outdoor meet ... Threw down a season-best time of 11:15.93 in the steeplechase at the Widener Final Qualifier, which marked the second-fastest clocking in school history ... Also helped break the program standard in the Distance Medley Relay after leading the foursome to a time of 12:21.01 at the Camel City Invitational ... Earned All-Region plaudits in the DMR, steeplechase, and indoor mile ... Picked up second-team All-State nods in the DMR as well as the indoor mid-distance events and outdoor distance disciplines as well ... Set a personal-best in the 800 at the Marlins Invitational after finishing in 2:19.93, which was the sixth-fastest clocking by a Captain ... Won the 1500 in 4:50.95 at the New Captains Classic ... Also added a triumph as a member of the 4x400-relay at the Marlins Invitational ... Placed second in the mile at the Shane Stevens Invitational and was the runner-up in the 800 during the Blue & Silver Challenge ... Had 12 total top-five finishes during her second year with the Captains.

2024-25 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country - Burst onto the scene with an outstanding debut campaign ... Finished 19th at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Championships after completing the 6k in 24:26.1 ... Came back with a top-50 effort at the NCAA South Regionals after crossing in 23:51.9, which placed her 42nd in the field ... Established a PR in the 6k during the Rowan Inter-Regional Border Battle with a mark of 23:47.0 ... That clocking bumped her to 42nd on the program's all-time performance list ... Placed 13th in the 6k at the Don Cathcart Invitational with a time of 24:44.5 ... Also competed in the event at the CNU Invitational and Paul Short Run ... Kicked off her career with a time of 16:46.2 in the 4k at the Spider Alumni Open.
Track & Field - Hauled in second-team All-League accolades as a member of the 4x400-relay after leading the foursome to a second-place finish at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Indoor Championships ... Also finished third in the DMR (12:50.25) and fifth in the 800 (2:26.30) at the winter competition ... Came back in the spring with two more top-five efforts at the outdoor league meet ... Finished third in the 4x400-relay (4:17.42) and fifth in the 3000-steeplechase (12:04.47) ... Added a record-setting performance as a member of the 4x1500-relay at the Colonial Relays ... Ran the third leg on a crew that finished in 19:56.28, which established a new school standard ... Also chipped in with a PR in the 800 (2:21.65) during the same competition ... Won the mile in 5:20.39 at the CNU Qualifier in March ... Established personal-bests in the 400 (1:07.58) at the New Captains Classic and the 1500 (4:59.54) at the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic ... At Atlee - Was a standout member of the cross country and track & field teams during her time with the Raiders ... Served as a captain in both sports as a junior and senior ... Competed at the Adidas Nationals and was an All-American in the 4xMile ... Participated in all of the regional and state cross country and indoor and outdoor track & field meets during her final three years ... Helped the indoor squad capture the state championship as a senior ... Also saw action in soccer as a freshman and sophomore.
