2022-23 - Senior Season:
Cross Country - Established a new PR in the 6k while placing 49th at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Championships in 27:58.9 ... Also completed the 6k in 28:26.7 at the Paul Short Run before clocking in at 30:10.1 at the Rowan Border Battle ... Set a personal-best in the 4k as well with a 17:58.9 mark at the Spider Alumni Open.
Track & Field - Placed fourth in the 4x400-relay at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Outdoor Championships with a time of 4:31.95 ... Came in 12th in the 1500 at the Blue & Silver Challenge with a 6:09.40 mark ... Added a season-best time of 2:52.65 in the 800 at the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic after placing 19th in the event at the New Captains Classic ... Earned a spot on the CSC Academic All-District Team for her efforts in the classroom as well.

2021-22 - Junior Season:
Cross Country - Did not see action during the fall season.
Track & Field - Recorded a pair of top-10 finishes at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Indoor Championships … Placed third as a member of the 4x400-relay after completing the event in 4:28.37 … Also came in 10th in the 400 with a 1:10.80 clocking … Set a pair of indoor PRs during the winter … Finished the 800 in 2:44.35 at the Richard Drake Invitational and wrapped up the mile in 6:11.21 at the CNU Qualifier … Came back in the spring with a personal-best in the 1500 at the Blue & Silver Challenge after crossing the line in 5:48.13 … Recorded a win in the 4x400-relay and came in second in the 800 during the Captains Invitational in January … Finished the year with six top-10 finishes.

2020-21 - Sophomore Season:
Cross Country - Did not compete in the fall following a decision by the NCAA and Capital Athletic Conference to suspend athletic competitions due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Track & Field - Placed second in the 400 at the UMW Opener after crossing the line in 1:09.91 … Came through with her top time of the year in the 800 during the Salisbury Spring Meet after finishing in 2:45.24 … Added a clocking of 2:47.68 in the 800 at the New Captains Classic as well.

2019-20 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country - Finished 69th at the CAC Championships while helping the Captains win the team title … Completed the 6k in 31:28.1 during the title meet … Posted her finest effort over that distance at the CNU Invitational after crossing the line in 28:35.2 … Also completed the 5k in a season-best 24:01.4 at the Hornet Harrier Challenge and the 4k in 18:19.0 at the UMW Opener … Took part in the William & Mary Invitational as well and finished 37th in the 5k in 24:27.8.
Track & Field - Did not see action during the winter.

At South County - Earned All-Conference and All-Region accolades for her work on the indoor track & field team … Helped lead the indoor squad to conference and regional titles during each of her last two seasons with the team … Also won regional outdoor titles in 2018 and 2019 and a conference crown during her junior year … Received nine letters for her efforts at South County.
 
Personal - Sarah Jeanne Anstice is the daughter of Mike and Robin Anstice … Has a brother, Jason, and a sister, Jessica … Jason competes in soccer at Ferrum … Alex Morgan is her favorite athlete … Her dream vacation would be a trip to Australia … “The Poisonwood Bible” is her favorite book … Aspires to be a physical therapist … Majoring in biology.
