2022-23 - Senior Season:
Cross Country - Came in 29th in the 6k at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Championships after finishing the race in 24:15.0 ... Placed 11th in the 6k at the Rowan Border Battle with a time of 25:44.6 ... Also competed in the event at the Paul Short Run and NCAA Regional Preview ... Threw down a time of 16:40.7 in the 4k at the Spider Alumni Open.
Track & Field - Registered a pair of top-10 finishes at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Championships ... Polished off the year with a fifth-place showing in the outdoor 10,000 with a time of 41:25.17 ... Came in eighth in the 5000 at the indoor championships with a mark of 19:39.82 ... Set PRs in the 800 (2:43.78) and 1500 (5:18.81) at the New Captains Classic ... Also established personal-bests in the mile (5:37.29) at the Richard Drake Invitational and the 3000 (11:21.50) at the CNU Qualifier ... Posted a victory in the 10,000 at the Blue & Silver Challenge after crossing the line in 41:26.55 ... Had seven total top-10 finishes during the year.

2021-22 - Junior Season:
Cross Country - Placed 19th in the 6k at the CNU Invitational after clocking in at 26:13.9 … Set a new PR in the two-mile run during the Spider Alumni Open after kicking off the year with a 12:45.4 mark.
Track & Field - Notched a personal-best in the mile while finishing seventh overall at the Coast-to-Coast Conference Indoor Championships with a 5:45.47 clocking … Came back in the spring and finished 11th in the league in the 5000 after crossing the line in 20:13.64 at the outdoor title meet … Established a PR in the 5000 at the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic with a time of 20:01.34 … Also had a season-best mark in the 3000 at the CNU Qualifier after coming in fifth in 11:30.68 … Had six top-10 finishes during the year, including a third-place showing in the 3000 at the Vince Brown Invitational … Came in fourth in the event at the Captains Invitational as well.
 
2020-21 - Sophomore Season:
Cross Country - Did not compete in the fall following a decision by the NCAA and Capital Athletic Conference to suspend athletic competitions due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Track & Field - Came in 13th in the 10,000 at the Coast-to-Coast Conference Outdoor Championships after finishing the event in 46:04.01 … Posted her top time in the event at the Blue & Silver Challenge with a 44:30.74 mark … Also took part in the 1500 at the UMW Opener and came in fifth in the field with a time of 5:21.01.
 
2019-20 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country - Finished ninth in the 4k at the UMW Opener with a 16:06.3 mark … Also came in 24th in the 5k at the William & Mary Invitational after completing the course in 21:52.5 … Took part in the prestigious Paul Short Run and posted a time of 24:51.5 in the 6k.
Track & Field - Did not see action during the winter season.

At Patriot - Excelled on the cross country and track & field teams with the Pioneers … Was a three-time All-Conference performer in cross country and helped the squad qualify for the state championship meet in 2016 … Guided the team to the conference title in 2018 as well … Also was a decorated distance runner on the track … Earned All-League recognition for her work in the 1000, 1600, and 3200 … Served as a team captain during her junior and senior campaigns.
 
Personal - Michelle Sophia Valcich is the daughter of Mark and Paula Valcich … Has a younger brother, Gianni … Emma Coburn is her favorite athlete … Her dream vacation would be a trip to Santorini, Greece … “Friends” is her favorite TV show … Majoring in communications.
