Cross Country - Hauled in first-team All-League honors after starring in the 6k at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Championships ... Finished eighth at the meet after posting a season-best time of 22:21.6 ... Came back and placed 44th at the NCAA South Regionals with a time of 25:36.0 ... Added an identical finish at the NCAA Regional Preview after completing the course in 24:57.5 ... Also took part in the 6k at the Rowan Border Battle and Paul Short Run ... Finished the 4k in 15:53.8 during the season opener at the Spider Alumni Open.
Track & Field - Collected a pair of top-five finishes at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Championships ... Came in fourth in the 3000-steeplechase at the outdoor meet with a time of 12:38.46 ... Placed fifth in the 5000 at the indoor championships with a mark of 19:19.13 ... Won the steeplechase with a time of 12:57.38 at the Blue & Silver Challenge before setting a season-best mark in the event at the Hopkins-Loyola Invitational after crossing in 12:23.18 ... Added indoor PRs in the mile (5:35.87) at the Vince Brown Invitational and the 3000 (11:09.92) during the Blue Marlin Invitational ... Posted top-10 efforts in each of her nine races during the year, including a third-place mark in the 5000 during her first appearance at the VMI Invitational.

2021-22 - Junior Season:
Cross Country - Finished 25th in the 6k at the Coast-to-Coast Conference Championships after setting a new PR with a time of 24:08.0 … Added her top finish of the year with a 23rd-place effort at the CNU Invitational … Also took part in the 6k at the Paul Short Run and Inter-Regional Border Battle … Notched a personal-best in the two-mile run with a 13:02.8 clocking at the Spider Alumni Open in September.
Track & Field - Starred in the steeplechase during the year … Established a PR in the event while finishing fourth in 12:29.94 at the Coast-to-Coast Conference Outdoor Championships … Also came in second in the event during both the New Captains Classic and Eastern Shore Challenge … Was eighth among league competitors in the 5000 after clocking in at 20:12.97 at the indoor conference meet … Posted a victory in the 10,000 at the Blue & Silver Challenge while setting a personal-best in 41:29.50 … Also set a PR in the 5000 at the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic with a 19:38.84 mark … Notched a pair of PRs during the indoor campaign as well … Completed the mile in 5:56.17 during the Captains Invitational and the 3000 in 11:21.71 at the CNU Qualifier … Had six top-five finishes during the year.
 
At CNU - Saw action on the women's lacrosse team during her first two years at Christopher Newport ... Appeared in six games and earned a start during the 2021 season opener at N.C. Wesleyan on March 2 ... Collected seven ground balls and forced a pair of turnovers during her stint with the Captains ... Also secured a spot on the Academic All-Conference Team for her work in the classroom.

At Auburn - Was a multi-sport standout during her time with the Rockets ... Saw action on the cross country team and served as a captain on the basketball squad ... Helped start the Rockets’ lacrosse program and starred during her time on the field … Secured All-Central Mass accolades for her efforts as a midfielder.
