Cross Country - Took part in a pair of meets during her third year with the Captains ... Finished 21st in the 4k at the UMW Opener after completing the course in 16:41.0 ... Capped off the year at the CAC Championships with a time of 33:39.3 in the 6k.
Track & Field - Placed seventh in the 400 at the CAC Outdoor Championships with a time of 1:07.40 ... Recorded a victory in the event during the Lloyd Sigler Spring Meet after cruising to a 1:10.30 clocking ... Tallied her fastest 800 time during the Blue & Silver Challenge with a 2:35.92 mark ... Also helped lead the 4x400-relay to a third-place showing at that meet (4:23.95) ... Registered six top-10 finishes during the year.

2017-18 - Sophomore Season:
Cross Country - Finished 25th in the 4k at the Mary Washington Opener with a time of 16:42.1.
Track & Field - Placed third in the DMR (13:17.95) and 17th in the 800 (2:54.34) at the CAC Indoor Championships ... Returned with a 12th-place showing in the 800 (2:56.51) at the outdoor league meet ... Had her top 800 clocking of the year at the Vince Brown Invitational after crossing in 2:29.38 ... Recorded a pair of victories during the year after winning the 600 (1:51.32) at the Captains Invitational and the 4x400-relay (4:15.14) at the Vince Brown Invitational ... Had five top-five finishes during the year and recorded 10 top-10 performances.

2016-17 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country - Finished 67th at the CAC Championships with a time of 28:06.5 … Had her top clocking in the 6k during the Don Cathcart Invitational after finishing in 26:15.2 … Also placed 18th in the 3k during the CNU Invitational and 23rd in the 5k at the William & Mary Invitational.
Track & Field - Came in sixth in the 4x400 relay (4:16.00) and 13th in the 400 (1:04.17) during the CAC Indoor Championships … Added a PR in the mile (6:25.75) during the CNU Holiday Open and posted her fastest clocking in the 800 (2:29.97) during the Vince Brown Invitational … Also competed in the 1500 during the outdoor campaign and had a 5:30.48 mark at the Lloyd Sigler Spring Meet … Collected three top-10 efforts during the year.

At Spotswood - Starred on the cross country and track & field teams with the Trailblazers ... Was a 5-time All-State selection and a 12-time All-Region pick for her efforts ... Also secured 23 All-Conference nods during her time at Spotswood ... Honored as the Team MVP in 2015 and 2016.
