Cross Country - Set a new PR in the 6k while placing 25th overall at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Championships in 23:49.8 ... Became the 47th Captain in school history to break the 24-minute mark ... Came back and finished 56th at the NCAA South Regionals with a time of 24:14.4 ... Notched a pair of top-50 finishes during the regular season after coming in 32nd at the CNU Invitational and 41st at the Don Cathcart Invitational ... Completed the 6k in 24:44.2 at the Rowan Inter-Regional Border Battle ... Also threw down a mark of 24:46.4 during the Paul Short Run ... Kicked off the year with a time of 16:18.6 in the 4k at the Spider Alumni Open.
Track & Field - Placed eighth in both the 3000 (11:00.19) and 5000 (19:44.13) during the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Indoor Championships ... Also was 10th in the 3000-steeplechase (12:56.05) and 11th in the 5000 (19:06.29) during the outdoor league meet ... Was the runner-up in the 5000 (19:04.93) at the Marlins Invitational and placed second in the mile (5:26.12) during the Vince Brown Invitational ... Established new indoor PRs in the 3000 (10:46.31) during the VMI Team Challenge and the 800 (2:37.08) at the Shane Stevens Invitational ... 2024-25 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country - Made an immediate impact during her first collegiate campaign while placing 28th at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Championships in 25:45.4 ... Also added a top-100 finish at the NCAA South Regionals after coming in 79th in 25:12.3 ... Posted a season-best time in the 6k at the prestigious Paul Short Run after completing the race in 24:25.4 ... Came in 14th at the Don Cathcart Invitational with a 25:01.0 mark ... Took part in the 6k at the CNU Invitational and Rowan Inter-Regional Border Battle as well ... Threw down a time of 17:06.8 in the 4k during her debut at the Spider Alumni Open.
Track & Field - Posted a pair of top-10 efforts at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Indoor Championships after placing eighth in the 5000 (19:45.15) and ninth in the 3000 (11:15.61) ... Returned in the spring and came in seventh in the league in the 3000-steeplechase (13:27.81) and 15th in the 5000 (21:38.80) ... Finished second in the 10,000 at the Blue & Silver Challenge with a season-best time of 43:24.68 ... Also placed third in the steeplechase at the New Captains Classic with a 12:44.59 mark ... Established a PR in the mile during the indoor season with a 5:38.92 clocking at the Betty S. Rogers Invitational ... Had eight top-10 finishes in 10 total races during the year, including sixth-place efforts in the mile and 3000 at the Captains Invitational during her indoor debut in January.
