2022-23 - Sophomore Season:
Cross Country - Came in 25th at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Championships after posting a season-best 6k mark of 23:58.7 ... Had her top finish of the season with a 15th-place showing at the Rowan Border Battle after crossing in 26:01.4 ... Also completed the 6k in 25:06.5 at the Paul Short Run and 26:55.4 at the NCAA Regional Preview ... Made her collegiate debut with a time of 16:26.8 in the 4k at the Spider Alumni Open.
Track & Field - Finished 10th in the 3000 at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Indoor Championships after completing the event in 11:28.13 ... Added her top indoor times in the 800 (2:46.28) at the Vince Brown Invitational and the mile (5:51.47) at the Richard Drake Invitational ... Came back in the spring with her finest clockings in the 1500 (5:45.81) at the Eastern Shore Challenge and the 5000 (21:54.33) at the Washington & Lee Carnival ... Had three top-10 efforts during the year, including a seventh-place showing in the 3000 at the Richard Drake Invitational.

2021-22 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country - Did not compete during the fall campaign.
Track & Field - Did not see action during the winter or spring.
 
At Pulaski County - Starred as a member of the cross country and track & field teams during her time with the Cougars ... Was a two-time All-Region selection for her work on the cross country squad ... Also was a perennial All-Region performer during both the indoor and outdoor track & field campaigns ... Secured All-State nods in the indoor 1600 and 4x800 ... Served as a team captain on all three squads ... Also competed in volleyball and tennis.

Personal - Allyson Michele Castle is the daughter of Chris and Kelly Castle ... Has an older brother, Ryan, who currently plays football at Christopher Newport ... Her dream vacation would be a trip to Bora Bora ... "Mamma Mia" is her favorite movie, and "The Vampire Diaries" is her favorite TV show ... Aspires to be a physical therapist ... Majoring in biology.
