Track & Field - Did not see action during the indoor or outdoor campaigns.

2022-23 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country - Finished 38th in the 6k at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Championships after posting a season-best time of 24:48.2 ... Also broke the 25-minute mark with a 24:55.5 clocking at the Paul Short Run ... Competed in the 6k at the Rowan Border Battle as well ... Made her collegiate debut at the Spider Alumni Open and compiled a time of 15:58.0 in the 4k.
Track & Field - Did not see action during the winter or spring.

At Souderton - Was an All-Conference performer on the cross country team during her time with the Indians ... Ran at districts during each of her four seasons and was a two-time team captain ... Also earned three varsity letters as a member of the outdoor track & field squad and two for her work on the indoor team ... Competed in swimming as well.

Personal - Allison Marie Malmquist is the daughter of Paul and Kim Malmquist ... Has an older sister, Megan ... Sydney McLaughlin is her favorite athlete, and The Weeknd is her favorite musician ... "Top Gun" is her favorite movie, and "Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives" is her favorite TV show ... Her dream vacation would be a trip to Fiji ... Aspires to be a biologist ... Majoring in biology.
