2009 - Junior Year - Led the team in hitting with an outstanding
.439 average which led to her being named first team All-American
DP...Also first team all-region, all-Virginia Division II-III and USA
South Player of the Year...Had three hits against Peace, N.C.
Wesleyan, Lynchburg and Methodist and two hits in nine other contests... Had a home run against Mary Baldwin and three RBIs each in games with Mary Baldwin, Peace and N.C. Wesleyan.

2008 - Sophomore Year - Took over at first base, and also
handled the role of DH at times, and produced a fine year with a
.374 average, third best on the team...Produced 14 multi-hit games,
including one with three hits against Mary Baldwin...Had three RBIs
versus Meredith and two in seven other contests...Homered in
games with Mary Washington and Ferrum...A member of the USA
South all-academic team and on the Spring Dean’s List.

2007 - Freshman Year - Had three hits in the nine games in
which she saw action...The hits came against Guilford, Mary
Washington and Mary Baldwin and she had two RBIs in the Mary
Washington game and one versus Guilford...Earned USA South
all-academic honors.

AT MANCHESTER - Named honorable mention all-state in her
junior year after winning first team all-region and first team all-
Dominion District honors...Second team all-district as a senior...Played for coach Lynn Gilbert...A Distinguished Honor Roll member and was an elementary school tutor.

PERSONAL - Taylor Jacqueline Morgan was born May 18, 1988
in Chesterfield, Va...She’s an Accounting major and the daughter of
Butch and Robin Morgan...She has two brothers, T.J. 21 and Brian
32 and a sister, Heather Young, 31.
