2015-16 - Junior Season:
Cross Country - Finished 20th at the CAC Championships and 53rd at the South / Southeast Regionals ... Helped the Captains reach the NCAA Championships for the first time since 1994 and came in 271st at the national meet ... Posted a season-best time of 26:02.3 in the 8k during the Paul Short Run ... Had his top finish of the year with an 11th-place performance at the CNU Invitational.
Track & Field - Secured All-American accolades in the DMR after helping the relay place fifth at the NCAA Indoor Championships with a time of 10:04.20 ... Also guided the foursome to a school and conference record in the event with a time of 10:01.65 at the Tufts Final Qualifier ... Earned All-Region plaudits in the DMR, indoor mile (4:18.44), and outdoor 1500 (3:53.40) ... Won an indoor conference title in the DMR and placed second in the 800 and mile ... Also was the runner-up in the outdoor 1500 ... Registered 17 top-five finishes during the year, including four in the indoor mile ... Earned CoSIDA Academic All-District and USTFCCCA National All-Academic honors for his efforts in the classroom as well.
 
2014-15 - Sophomore Season:
Cross Country - Finished 27th at the CAC Championships after finishing in 26:00.3 in the 8k … Also ran in the CNU Invitational and Charles Bowles Invitational as well.
Track & Field - Won a conference championship as a member of the indoor Distance Medley Relay team … Placed third in the mile (4:20.68) and fourth in the 800 (1:57.82) during the CAC Indoor Meet as well … Posted the top time in the mile at the CNU Holiday Open, won the 1000 at the Liberty Open, and paced the field in the 800 during the Captains Invitational during the indoor season as well … Had a solid outdoor campaign as well, finishing sixth in the 1500 (4:01.39) and seventh in the 800 (1:57.66) during the league championships … Was the runner-up in the 1500 and 4x400-relay during the Salisbury Elite Final Qualifier and registered a pair of fifth-place finishes during the Tribe Invitational in the 800 and 1500 as well … Earned a spot on the USTFCCCA National All-Academic Team.

2013-14 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country - Opened his collegiate career with a season-best 8k time of 28:00.9 during the ODAC Preview Meet … Picked up his top finish of the year at the CNU Invitational after coming in third in the 3k with a 9:30.2 clocking … Competed in the CAC Championships and completed the 8k in 28:27.6.
Indoor Season - Collected an eighth-place finish in the 800 during the CAC Championships after finishing in 2:00.95 … Had his top time in the event during the Captains Invitational after finishing fourth in 1:58.79 … Won the 800 during the Vince Brown Invitational … Was the runner-up in the mile during the CNU Holiday Open with a time of 4:27.83 … Finished fourth in the 1000 during the George Mason Last Chance Meet as well.
Outdoor Season - Recorded a season-best time in the 1500 during the Swarthmore Final Qualifier after crossing the line in 4:05.56 … Came in third in the 800 at the Commonwealth Duals with a 1:59.12 clocking … Competed in the 4x400 and DMR as well.
