Cross Country - Finished 21st at the CAC Championships after completing the 8k in 26:26 … Secured a pair of top-20 efforts earlier in the year after placing 15th at the CNU Invitational and 19th at the Panorama Farms Invitational … Competed at the Paul Short Run and William & Mary Invitational as well.
Track & Field - Came in third in the 5000 during the CAC Indoor Championships with a time of 15:35.26 … Had a season-best time of 8:55.86 in the 3000 during the Last Chance Meet … Placed sixth in the league in the 10,000 after finishing in 33:21.97 during the CAC Outdoor Championships … Also ran the 5,000 during the outdoor title meet and came in 21st overall (16:33.96).
 
2014-15 - Sophomore Season:
Cross Country - Placed 51st in the 8k during the Capital Athletic Conference Championships with a time of 26:51.0 … Also saw action during the CNU Invitational and William & Mary Invitational earlier in the season.
Track & Field - Won a conference championship as a member of the indoor Distance Medley Relay team … Also came in ninth in the mile with a time of 4:28.69 during the CAC title meet … Posted a sixth-place finish in the 10,000 during the CAC Outdoor Championships as well after crossing the line in 35:12.28 … Competed in the 5,000 during the outdoor season and the 800 and 3000 during the indoor campaign as well.

2013-14 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country - Competed in three meets during his freshman campaign … Came in 13th in the CNU Invitational 3k with a time of 10:20.2 … Also placed 13th in the 6k during the CNU Settlers Invitational in 21:22.1 … Finished 20th at the Captain Chris Invitational 8k in 29:38.1.
Indoor Season - Placed eighth during the mile at the CAC Championships with a time of 4:36.98 … Had his top showing in the 800 during the Hilton Garden Invitational after crossing the line in 2:03.99 … Saw action in the 1000 and 4x400 as well.
Outdoor Season - Competed in the 1500 throughout the year … Placed 16th in the event during the CAC Championships … Notched his top time in the discipline during the Colonial Relays with a 4:11.96 clocking … Also came in 11th in the 800 during the New Captains … Posted a season-best time of 2:01.33 during the event at the Aggie Invitational.
