Picked up first-team All-Conference and All-State accolades for his work during the spring ... Also garnered All-Region nods in the outdoor shot put ... Won the league title with a 16.33-meter launch at the C2C Outdoor Championships ... That established a new PR, marked the second-longest throw in school history, and placed him 27th on the national leaderboard in 2025 ... Finished in the top-five in the shot put during 10 of his 14 appearances during the year ... Came in fourth in the event with a 14.30-meter toss at the indoor league meet ... Also snatched the outdoor title with a 14.94-meter launch ... Set a new PR in the event with a 15.82-meter throw at the Widener Final Qualifier, which moved him to second on the school's all-time performance list ... Earned All-Region accolades in the shot put during the winter and spring while garnering first-team All-State nods during the outdoor campaign ... Had nine total top-five finishes in the shot put, including six of his seven outings in the winter ... Posted a season-best mark in the weight throw at the Captains Invitational with a 12.77-meter showcase ... Established a new PR in the hammer with a 44.51-meter toss at the New Captains Classic ... 2022-23 - Junior Season: Stockpiled awards as one of the state's top throwers ... That ranked second in the South and 38th in the entire NCAA during the year ... Won the league championship in the indoor shot put with a 14.42-meter heave ... Secured second-team All-Conference nods in the hammer after establishing a new personal-best with a 43.10-meter toss at the outdoor championships ... Also came in fourth in the discus and fifth in the shot put during the spring meet after placing eighth in the weight throw at the winter competition ... Picked up first-team All-State accolades during the outdoor season after notching second-team plaudits for his work indoors ... Notched a new PR in the discus with a 42.52-meter performance at the Eastern Shore Challenge, which placed him 10th in the South Region ... 2021-22 - Sophomore Season: Dominated in the shot put throughout his second year at Christopher Newport … Named to the All-Region team for his work in the shot during both the indoor and outdoor campaigns … Also garnered second-team All-State accolades during the winter and spring seasons … Won the league title in the indoor event after unleashing a 14.24-meter heave at the Coast-to-Coast Conference Championships in February … Also came in seventh in the league in the weight throw during the same meet … Returned in the spring for three top-10 finishes at the outdoor championships … Came in fourth in both the shot put (13.20 meters) and discus (40.26 meters) … Also finished seventh in the hammer with a 36.46-meter launch … Posted a PR in the shot put at the MIT Final Qualifier after firing a 14.26-meter effort … Added personal-bests in the weight throw (12.78 meters) at the Captains Invitational and the hammer (37.61 meters) at the New Captains Classic … Had 19 top-five finishes during the year, including victories in the shot put at the Eastern Shore Challenge and Williams Final Qualifier.

2020-21 - Freshman Season: Competed in the throws throughout his first collegiate campaign … Came in sixth in the shot put at the Coast-to-Coast Conference Outdoor Championships with a 12.77-meter toss … Also finished 11th in the league in the discus with a 28.68-meter heave … Established a PR while placing third in the field in the shot put (13.29 meters) at the New Captains Classic … Also posted a personal-best in the discus (35.30 meters) at the Eagle Invitational … Had five top-10 finishes during the outdoor campaign.

At Grassfield - Competed in track & field and football during his time with the Grizzlies … Placed seventh at the 2020 state championships in the indoor shot put … Also was a two-year captain on the football team … Honored as the MVP for his work on the gridiron during the 2019 campaign.
