2017-18 - Sophomore Season:
Cross Country - Recorded a time of 19:30.5 in the 5k during the Mary Washington Opener and completed the 6k in 27:09.3 at the William & Mary Invitational.
Track & Field - Posted his fastest clocking in the 400 during the New Captains Classic after crossing in 53.81 ... Added his top mark in the 800 during the Vince Brown Invitational after finishing the race in 2:09.25 ... Competed in the 4x400-relay as well, highlighted by a 3:33.71 clocking at the Blue & Silver Challenge during the outdoor campaign ... Came through with five top-10 efforts during the season.

2016-17 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country - Ran the 3k during the CNU Invitational and posted a 12th-place finish in 10:39.0.
Track & Field - Came in 15th in the 400 during the CAC Outdoor Championships after crossing the line in 53.51 ... Set a PR in the 200 (24.90) during the Vince Brown Invitational and established his personal best in the 800 (2:06.46) at the Commonwealth Duals … Came through with eight top-10 efforts during the year, including second-place showings in the 4x400 and 4x800 during the CNU Quadrangular … Added a victory in the 4x400 with a time of 3:26.92 at the Commonwealth Duals as well.

At Deep Run - Saw action on the track and cross country teams during his time with the Wildcats … Was a perennial All-Conference performer, earning plaudits in the 800 as well as the 4x400 and 4x800 relays … Also secured All-Region and All-State accolades for his efforts on the relays … Helped the indoor 4x800 foursome win a regional title and place third at the state meet … Won conference championships in the indoor and outdoor 4x400.
