Cross Country - Locked down second-team All-League plaudits after finishing 11th at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Championships with a time of 26:27.6 in the 8k ... Wrapped up the year by coming in 39th at the NCAA South Regionals after crossing the line in 26:42.9 ... Set a new 8k PR at the Rowan Inter-Regional Border Battle with a 26:17.5 clocking ... Also established a personal-best in the 6k at the Spider Alumni Open after kicking off the year with a 19:32.1 showcase ... Finished 24th in the 8k at the CNU Invitational before posting a time of 26:47.1 in the event at the prestigious Paul Short Run.
Track & Field - Registered a pair of top-10 efforts at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Outdoor Championships after finishing fourth in the 10,000 (32:57.17) and sixth in the 5000 (15:47.15) ... Placed seventh in the indoor 5000 (15:35.83) at the winter meet as well ... Vaulted to sixth on the program's all-time performance list in the outdoor 10,000 after finishing in 32:15.91 at the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic ... Added a victory in the event at the Blue & Silver Challenge ... Also won the 3000 at the CNU Qualifier after setting a new personal-best in 8:57.37 ... 2023-24 - Sophomore Season:
Cross Country - Came in 21st in the 8k at the C2C Championships while setting a new PR with a time of 26:29.2 ... Wrapped up the year with a 58th-place showing at the NCAA South Regionals after clocking in at 26:57.0 ... Opened the year with a 6k personal-best of 21:43.5 at the Spider Alumni Open ... Took part in the CNU Invitational, Paul Short Run, and Rowan Inter-Regional Border Battle during the fall as well.
Track & Field - Registered a pair of top-10 finishes in the 10,000 during the C2C Championships ... Finished sixth in the race at the outdoor competition after coming in 10th during the indoor meet ... Set a PR in the event at the Colonial Relays after clocking in at 32:50.62 ... Established a pair of personal-bests at the New Captains Classic after completing the 800 in 2:10.17 and the 5000 in 15:39.43 ... Added his top mark in the 1500 (4:20.84) at the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic ...
