2021-22 - 5th-Year Senior Season: Came in eighth in the 200 at the Coast-to-Coast Conference Outdoor Championships after completing the event in 23.83 … Also finished 12th in the 400 (54.20) at the same competition … Added a 10th-place showing in the 400 (54.42) during the indoor league meet in February … Had his top mark in the 400 during the season at the Eastern Shore Challenge after crossing the line in 53.78 … Secured a victory as a member of the 4x400-relay during the Vince Brown Invitational … Had seven total top-10 finishes during the year.

2020-21 - Senior Season: Came in seventh in the 400 during the Coast-to-Coast Conference Outdoor Championships after finishing in 53.78 … Set a PR in the 200 with a 23.55 clocking at the New Captains Classic … Also posted his fastest time of the year in the 400 during that competition after completing the race in 52.78 … Kicked off the year with a win in the 4x400-relay at the UMW Opener … Placed third in the 400 and fifth in the 200 during that meet as well … Also finished third in the 200 and fifth in the 400 at the Eagle Invitational … Had six top-five finishes during the year.
 
2019-20 - Junior Season: Placed 11th in the 400 at the CAC Indoor Championships after finishing the race in 54.19 … Finished the year with season-best efforts in the 60 (7.54) and 200 (23.61) during the CNU Qualifier … Helped lead the 4x400-relay to third-place showings at both the Vince Brown Invitational (3:42.21) and Captains Invitational (3:32.47) … Also took part in the CNU Holiday Open to kick off his third year with the Captains.

2018-19 - Sophomore Season: Excelled in the sprints throughout the year … Had a pair of top-five finishes during the Lloyd Sigler Spring Meet after coming in third in the 200 (24.06) and fourth in the 100 (11.69) … Established a new PR in the 200 at the Eastern Shore Challenge after clocking in at 23.92 … Came back one week later to set a new benchmark in the 400 with a 52.70 mark at the New Captains Classic … Finished 14th during the CAC Championships in the indoor 60 and outdoor 400 … Also helped lead the outdoor 4x100-relay to a third-place showcase with a time of 43.12 at the CAC meet … Secured All-Region nods in the Heptathlon after finishing fifth in the combined event during the CNU Pentathlon / Heptathlon.

2017-18 - Freshman Season: Established a PR in the 200 (24.35) during his final appearance of the year at the New Captains Classic ... Added his top clocking in the 400 (54.21) one week earlier at the Towson Invitational ... Raced to a time of 7.88 in the 60 at the Captains Invitational ... Also took part in the 4x100- and 4x400-relays ... Had five top-10 finishes during the year, including a third-place finish in the 4x400 (3:34.68) at the Vince Brown Invitational.
