2022-23 - Senior Season:
Cross Country - Did not see action during the fall campaign.
Track & Field - Did not compete in the winter or spring.

2021-22 - Junior Season:
Cross Country - Finished 19th at the Coast-to-Coast Conference Championships after setting a PR in the 8k with a time of 26:09.4 … Wrapped up the year with a top-50 showing at the NCAA South Regionals after coming in 45th overall in 27:00.7 … Added his top finish of the season at the CNU Invitational after placing 11th in the field with a time of 27:43.4 … Also took part in the 8k at the Paul Short Run and Inter-Regional Border Battle … Kicked off the season with a 5k personal-best at the Spider Alumni Open after crossing the line in 15:44.5.
Track & Field - Placed fourth in the 5000 at the Coast-to-Coast Conference Indoor Championships with a time of 15:49.86 … Collected a season-best mark in the 3000 at the Richard Drake Invitational after finishing in 9:01.26 … Had his top mark in the mile (4:46.92) at the Vince Brown Invitational and his fastest clocking in the 1500 (4:20.41) at the Blue & Silver Challenge … Had four top-10 finishes during the year, including a pair in the 5000.

2020-21 - Sophomore Season:
Cross Country - Did not compete in the fall following a decision by the NCAA and Capital Athletic Conference to suspend athletic competitions due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Track & Field - Starred at the Coast-to-Coast Conference Outdoor Championships while piecing together a decorated campaign … Captured the league title in the 10,000 with a time of 34:20.62 … Also earned second-team All-Conference nods in the 5000 after finishing as the runner-up at the league meet in 15:12.49 … Secured second-team All-State accolades for his efforts as a distance runner … Posted a PR in the 5000 (14:56.54) at the Colonial Relays, which earned him the Coast-to-Coast Conference Track Athlete of the Week honor on April 6 … Also added a season-best clocking in the 1500 (3:58.98) at the New Captains Classic ... Recorded a victory in the 1500 at the Blue & Silver Challenge … Kicked off the year with fourth-place efforts in the 1500 and 5000 during the Salisbury Spring Meet … Had six top-five finishes during the outdoor season.
 
2019-20 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country - Pieced together an impressive debut while picking up second-team All-Conference accolades … Finished ninth at the CAC Championships with a time of 28:05.2 in the 8k … Capped off his first year with a top-50 showing at the NCAA South / Southeast Regionals after crossing the line in 26:37.1, which placed him 48th overall … Came through with his fastest 8k time of the year at the Paul Short Run with a 26:16.0 mark … Kicked off the season with a fifth-place showing in the 5k (16:39.6) at the UMW Opener and a 13th-place finish in the 6k (20:31.3) at the William & Mary Invitational … Also ran the 8k at the Connecticut College Invitational.
Track & Field - Made history with an incredible performance at the CAC Championships … Became the first freshman in conference history to win the league title in the 5000 after running away with the event in 15:18.83 … That clocking also ranked third in the South / Southeast, which earned him All-Region accolades … Also placed fourth in the league in the 3000 after crossing the line in 8:48.95 during the title meet … Posted a season-best time in the mile at the CNU Holiday Open with a 4:35.47 mark … Finished in the top-five in five of his eight races during the indoor campaign.

At Freedom - Was an All-State performer during his time with the cross country and indoor track & field teams ... Also secured three All-Conference honors and a pair of All-Region accolades in cross country ... Won a regional championship in indoor track and picked up two All-Conference nods during the outdoor season ... Served as a captain on the cross country squad as well as both the indoor and outdoor track & field teams ... Helped lead the Eagles to the 2016 conference championship in cross country.

Personal - Samuel Reagan Koltisko is the son of John and Karen Koltisko ... Has two older brothers, Joe and Jack, and a younger sister, Sarah ...
